I Had 8 Warts Cut Out Of My Heel 8 Days Ago And It Is Still Draining. Is It Suppossed To

Scabs on newborn puppy? could it be dandruff or something serious?

My min pin just gave birth a week ago and now one of the puppies has little patches of scab like skin but there are no scabs. I put olive oil on it today and put the puppy under my lamp and it looks like it's little crystallized dandruff. I thought it could be mange but from where? The only dogs she has been it contact with is her litter mates and her mother and none of them have it. (My miniature pinscher only had three puppies and I plan to keep them all and yes I am getting her spayed and the boy puppies neutered. So I don't want to hear B.S. about it, stick to the point! Please and thank you in advance!)

What was the weirdest doctor’s appointment you've ever had?

It’s more a few appointments linked together. I was maybe 9 or 10 (Maybe 11?) at the time. I had a wart on my foot - it was on the side of my foot, an inch or so above the heel of my foot - if it were a bit lower, my shoes would’ve pressed on it whenever I had them on.So, this wart was purple. The tip of it was white, like bone. My parents took me to my pediatrician, who walked into the room, asked what was up, we showed him my foot, he stuck his head out of the room, and said “Hey, Dr. , come here and take a look at this!” The doctor came into the room, looked at my foot, and said “I guess send him to a podiatrist and have him get an x-ray of his foot? Never seen a wart that is purple like that, or so tall.”Got an x-ray, the white part wasn’t bone, went to a podiatrist, they came into the room and asked why I was there, I showed them the wart, they looked at my foot weird, scraped a bit of the wart off, touched it a few times and gently tried to move it around, and checked my x-ray and said “Never seen something exactly like that. That’s a dark purple. Try rubbing it with a pumice stone for a few minutes every night, and put five drops of this stuff on it and around it while gently rubbing. If it isn’t gone in three months or it gets worse, call.”So we started doing that, the wart started to get weirder looking - it looked more like a little mushroom and one day while my parents were helping me rub it with a pumice stone, the wart sort of… cracked and the top part fell off. A week or two more of doing the drops and the rest of the wart disappeared.Haven’t had a wart since.Edit: Just so all of you know, my pediatrician wasn’t try to mock me or anything by yelling at one of the other doctors, he was a great guy with a great sense of humor. Actually, he still *is*, I just haven’t seen him as a patient in…. 6 years?
