Chest popping?

I've been experiencing this problem for about a year now. My chest (heart side) feels uncomfortable under the collar bone about 2-3 inches on the hearts right side near the sternum. I alleviate this by arching my chest forward and raising my head this in turn causes my chest to pop numerous times and causes me sometimes to become light headed ( this fixes the problem temporarily, I pop in numerous times throughout the day). This popping is analogous to when you crack your knuckles. Now my doctor basically told me not to lift heavy objects because at that time I was working in a warehouse and go to the gym a lot (cant do dips anymore), but I haven’t gone to the gym since December and I don’t work in a warehouse anymore so what is causing this sensation I’m feeling in my chest.. I had numerous cardiograms done and it showed nothing, I even did the stress test on the treadmill in my doctor’s office and I passed that as well. The doctor gave me naproxen (basically a really strong Aleve) and that’s all he did for me and I only take it when the pain is unbearable. I suffer from GERD by I have a lot of control over take using nothing more than Rolaids now a day. I take one a day multivitamins. Don’t drink, rarely smoke. Sleep on my left side. What other information should I provide even if it seems minuscule? Some days im ok and I don’t pop it some days are bad. There was one time where the pain was so incredible that I couldn’t lay down or move and my body was crooked. But I want to know so I continue to crack it, should I work this muscle out cause I’m about to start going back to the gym, any information would be appreciated.

Why is spiritual awakening so painful?

Spiritual awakening can be painful emotionally, because we shed away many of the constructs, beliefs, patterns - inner and outer - that we had surrounded ourselves with, and accumulated over the course of many lifetimes. Many of these constructs are not aligned with our true spiritual nature and do us more harm than good. But we were convinced otherwise. We were absolutely positively sure we needed them to survive, to thrive, and to feel good. We identified with them. They deal with anything and everything in our lives, big and small, and are often things we hold very dear. You may not be completely aware of what and how they work. Yet spiritual awakening is precisely about becoming aware of such constructs, and liberating you from them. They are like leeches attached to your skin, draining your blood, yet you believe you need them there. Therefore, as these constructs are challenged - and sometimes ripped off - the process can be painful. Particularly so when we resist it.Yet the process needs to move forward, because your own spiritual desire for it, for freedom, for peace, for healing, surpassed your clinginess to the constructs that hold you prisoner.Spiritual awakening can at times be painful physically, because it's not just an abstract thing. It's not a fantasy that exists solely in books and tales and Quora questions, that doesn't actually translate to a tangible thing. Spiritual awakening is an actual, complex, process, that is triggered, planned, staged, carried out and monitored, with much spiritual support, envisioning the transmutation of your energy. So there's actual energy work being done, on your energy and your body, beyond what you know an control from your human perspective. We cannot generalize too much about this, because what happens exactly completely depends on the person and the person's energy. We can only point out general symptoms, pains, and challenges, that usually surround this - such as back and head pains, waking up at night, and all of those things. As with the emotional side of spiritual awakening, the physical aspect of the challenge can be diminished to some degree, by acceptance, and by surrendering yourself to the process without resistance, as much as possible.

What has happened to the fly I have just inhaled? Is it breeding fly babies in my lungs?

In most cases, the fly will perish and you'll be fine.  Remnants of the fly (or other bugs) might be swept up and out of the lung and trachea, and then swallowed. Sometimes, the creature will lodge in the smaller passages of the lungs and become entombed there.  This may happen without any further health repercussions, but not always.  If the fly was contaminated with certain pathogenic agents, you could potentially suffer from infection.  Would the fly lay eggs and perpetuate within you?  Not likely, but this is a possibility.  There are just a few kinds of flies, the larvae of which will infest living tissue.  Some of these flies are quite large. The chances of inhaling one of these are tiny, but not zero. This is another good reason to wear a helmet and face shield whilst whizzing down the highway on a motorcycle. Either that, or hold your breath!

Any ideas to relieve Fibromyalgia pain???

Nothing works anymore- not even a little bit. few medications gave me long term relief (more than a month) I am either resistant to or highly allergic (the opiates) my mother who also has fibro and permanent fractures as well can practically dance circles around me when i cant even walk to the mailbox anymore . The worst of it is is that two days before my accident- i was running at least 7 miles a day and was in the Army. My GP, Rheumatologist, orthopod, shrink (yeah ive tried mental treatment too), physical therapist and pain mgt specialist are all out of ideas and keep the nearly worthless (and expensive) treatments up just incase- I am a member of the national fibro association and other related groups and all the answers are the same. I just turned 24 years old and i'm way beyond giving up hope. As you know with fibro comes all the other "lovely" health problems like the insomnia and GI hell-and those proble

What is a world denying and world affirming attitude?

my guess is a world attitude is "love not the world, for all that is in the world the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life is from the world, not from the Father" from 1 John It would be an attitude where you pick up the values of Hollywood or be street wise

A world denying attitude would be somehow holding to superior pleasures and most lasting pleasure and treasure in God and passing by the gutter water of this world for living water from the throne of God It would be characterized by humility and trust in God, generacity toward others knowing God will supply you

A world affirming attitude is being street smart, tooting your own horn, proud, independent, faddish and shallow
