I Need A Really Good Gaming Computer. Can Someone Give Me Some Good Specs And Links To The Product

Should i get this computer for gaming?

To be precise this one : http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/acer-acer-aspire-desktop-computer-featuring-amd-phenom-ii-x6-1035t-am5400-e2102-am5400-e2102/10145503.aspx?path=9e7e7d27506212c0e5d463977e72c6c5en02

If your too lazy to click the link here are the specs :

Processor Type AMD Phenom II X6 1035T
Processor Speed 2.6GHz
Processor Cores 6
RAM 8GB DDR3
Hard Drive Capacity 1.5 TB
Optical Drives 16X DVD+/-R/RW Drive
Graphics ATI HD5750
Pre-loaded Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium

I am mostly worried about the graphic card. Also im still not sure if i should get a Phenom 2 or an intel i5 or i7.

The only problem that i see with all the store based i7 computers for sale is that they have terrible graphic cards for example : ATI Radeon HD 5570,ATI Radeon HD 5450,NVIDIA GeForce GT320.

Should i get the system mentioned above or keep looking, i am looking to play games on relativly high setting, along with photoshop, 3DS Max and some other design software.

Is Alienware good for gaming?

Like many other people have already stated, Yes, Alienware is good for gaming. However, they are over priced and you are paying for the name. The hardware they provide is not worth the price you are paying. As you can easily find another Gaming Laptop that has the same if not better specs for a lower price! If you are looking at desktops then I recommend you build a custom one as you are going to get everything you want without paying the premium price of buying a PC thats already built.Although, Alienware usually comes with a hefty price tag their 13in gaming laptop is decent. Considering there are only a handful of 13-14in gaming laptops out there. The 13in Alien comes with i5 6200U processor, gtx 960m, 4gb of ram.. a little low but you can upgrade and 500gb hard drive. All that for a price of $899. Keeping in mind Razer, Aorus and MSI laptops under 14 inches, the Alien 13 is a decent laptop to do some gaming and get your feet wet without spending to much money. Even though, the other brands provide higher specs the price usually climbs to around 2k plus dollars for a laptop under 14 inches. In the end its up to you to decide. If you are on a budget take a look at Gaming Laptops Under 1000 for a variety of different gaming laptops. Alienware 13 r2Good Luck!

Good gaming PC for around 1000? Read description?

Ok listen up. AMD isn't trash but it isn't as good as intel. When it comes to gaming you need a lot of ram and high performance, so go with quad core processors from intel and 2DIMM RAM for the best performance. Go with 4th gen intel core i7 quad core. As for the custom built, it's really good actually, but the i7 is something that is kind of a standard at this point in gaming PC's. The asus is pretty good but I don't know about the price when you add a lot of high configs. There is a deal for an HP Phoenix gaming desktop PC. http://www.shopping.hp.com/en_US/home-office/-/products/Desktops/Desktops?SearchParameter=%26%40QueryTerm%3D*%26categoryusagedesktops_dte2%3DGaming%26ContextCategoryUUID%3DOp0QxXjbaUcAAAE0eehcZzOt%26%40Sort.TieredPricing%3D0&PageSize=15&SortingAttribute=TieredPricing-asc There are different configs around your price range, give or take a couple hundred dollars and some you can customize as well. This specific config of the HP Phoenix (http://www.shopping.hp.com/en_US/home-office/-/products/Desktops/HP-ENVY/F9A63AV?HP-ENVY-Phoenix-810-135qe-Desktop-PC-with-Windows-7-ENERGY-STAR-&jumpid=ba_r329_hhoaffiliate&aid=38293&pbid=OOTtr9mlaCk&aoid=35252&siteid=OOTtr9mlaCk-tTjmogzRxAphakRpAQL5Lw) has a $100 off coupon but runs Windows 7, the code is "PCWIN7" Look into Dell XPS models as well, I have one myself and it works amazingly for gaming even without crazy high end specs. I got it a while ago but it is a Dell XPS 8300. It has the previous generation quad core i7, Nvidia gt geforce 740M graphics, 16gb 4DIMM RAM and 1.5 TB HDD, and a 16x DVD/DVDRW?Blu-ray writer/optical drive and I got it at Costco for $1300 with a 24 inch LED FULL HD 1080p backlit monitor. Costco has crazy deals with amazing config, and free microsoft office which I got as well. This XPS 8700 (http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-8700/pd?oc=fdcwgx315&model_id=xps-8700#overrides=fdcwgx315:3~16G164) is $1024 at dell.com with quad core 4th gen i7, 1 TB HDD 7200rpm, 16gb dual channel RAM with 4 DIMMs which is really good, plusNVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 645 1.0GB GDDR5. Personally the Dell experience was really good for me and still is, and this is a good price so I would def. get it. You can also look into cnet reviews which are very reliable so check them out for further info on some of the best desktops in your price range: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktop-computers/

What should be the best $500 gaming PC specs?

If you want to build a brand new system for under $500, these are the parts I would recommend:CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 2200G ($96)Motherboard - GIGABYTE GA-AB350M-DS3H ($59)Power supply - EVGA 500 W1 ($39)RAM - Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2666 MT/s ($82, yeah RAM prices are seriously high for some reason)SSD (its 2018 you need an SSD) - Kingston A400 SSD 120GB ($41)HDD - WD Blue 1TB SATA ($44)Case - ROSEWILL Micro ATX Mini Tower Computer Case ($28, not the prettiest case but gets the job done)Total price = $390 ishexpectancy = 1080p low-med settings 60fpsif you want 1080p 60fps high settings and you don’t mind having a slow hard drive, then remove the SSD and buy a GTX 1050 for $150, bringing the total to $499,Also, this does not come with windows 10. If you want to you can use Steam OS, which is a free Linux distribution that is basically Steam big picture mode. Then later on down the line when you have enough money, you can buy a windows 10 license key. However, if you really need windows 10, you can download the media creation tool and install windows 10 without needing a product key. In the install process when it asks for the product key just click I don’t have a key. This will give you inactivated windows 10. You will have limited personalisation and you will have a very annoying watermark at the bottom right of the screen, but if you really need windows 10, you can go ahead. also if you are not going to buy a GTX 1050 and are going to stick with the vega graphics of the ryzen 3, you can buy the 120GB SSD and a licensed copy of windows 10 and you will still be within the $500 price mark.
