Help!! I need advice, help, please?
I work at a small restaurant in my town, Iam 16 years old and work from 3:00 pm to 8:oo pm after school. My employer is paying me under the table and I was wondering it that's legal. This is my first job and I've never dealt with the process. Ive received one paycheck so far and it was for 23.75 hours at minimum wage which she pays me at 6.80 an hour. On my "paycheck" which by the way isn't an official paycheck because she just wrote down the info on a piece of paper says that the gross is 161.50, the Fit is 14.99 which by the way what is that? The SS which I can only assume its the social security is 16.21 and the Med,(what is that) 3.79, which in the end I received 126.51 dollars and I worked for 23.75 hrs. so she says, I dnt keep records.......Ive started to though, because I suspect she is ripping me off, and I dnt know what to do.....have I mentioned I never filled out an application and she has no information on me nor my social security and where is all this cash that she is deducting from my paycheck going? I dnt know what to do or how to word my worries. Please can someone fill me in so I can know whats the deal here ps, she is an intimidating woman(boss lady)
Help, I need ear piercing advice?
So as of now, I have doubles on both ears. Recently I have been interested in getting a conch earring (on the outside part with a hoop) and or a cartilage piercing. If I were to do both, I would do them on my right ear. But would both of these be weird on my right ear when I only have doubles on my left?

I can't relate directly to your concern, but I definitely believe going to a specialist who deals with these type conditions is the only way for you to go. Focus on gaining competency in building mobile apps. Learn the basics of Cloud. Big Data knowledge is a good to have section in your resume. You can surely become an entrepreneur. I need some career advice, can anybody help me?
I'm a b.tech graduate(mech) 2016 passed out with 70% and searched for job till 2017 I couldn't find a job so I got an offer letter in GIS field currently getting trained in it and my friend advised me to join him in sales marketing job where he's doing. And my financial problems are there so I need to support my family. So what to do is it okay with GIS or should I go with my friends suggestion ?
I need advice on how to help someone, if possible?
I don’t know what to do necessarily. My friend is broken beyond all belief. They have nightmares, they can’t trust, they can’t feel, if you know what I mean. This person means so much to me and I don’t want to accidentally push them away. I’ve been helping however possible, mostly using common sense and understanding what they’re going through. They’re broken, scarred forever. I’m there for them but I need to know how to better help them. I’m doing what I can but I fear it’s not enough.

Are you using a website builder to build your site or someone is doing it for you? If someone is doing it than they can make changes to you site. If you are doing it yourself than you can make changes. Signing up to Google products and managing it yourself is the best option I would suggest so that you can keep a track plus adjust your budget for Adwords accordingly.
