Feeling like i have a hole in my chest?

To lose someone you care about, even temporarily, leaves a hole in your heart. This is a saying because sometimes it really does feel like there's something missing. It's really an emptiness in your soul. You'll be coming across that feeling a lot in your life. We all do. And we each deal with it in our own way. So there's really no point in telling you to do this or that because you have to find your own path. You are a unique individual and while you are a child you try different things, experiment but some day you'll realize that you can handle any situation. Be happy now that it's only temporary separation but learn from it.
Know that everthing that happens to you in life is teaching you something. Be open minded enough to see the lesson in everything.

Why does it feel like there is a hole in my Chest?

Long term stressful events can put the nervous system is on high alert all the time - even when there is no real immediate danger. It's called the flight/fight syndrome. That's what causes the anxiety for no reason feeling. Here's a suggestion.

It is possible to reset the threshold in your brain with self help techniques. Deep breathing for example is tied to the nervous system, so 30 mins of slow deep breathing every day will provide lots of relief from the symptoms as well as resetting the nervous system to a higher activation point. It's important to do it daily though!
take care always

A hole like dip on my chest?

It is called Pectus excavatum, which comes form the Latin term meaning hollowed chest. There is no known cause of this, but it is a genetic defect, meaning that it can/ does run in your family.
I don't remember reading about this leading to smaller lungs, but i do recall reading that it sometimes leads to breathing problems. it all matters on how big the intent is in your chest. the bigger/deeper, the bigger breathing problems. in some cases, people have also experienced heart problems due to the fact that your rib cage is deformed. (FYI, the rib cage is there to protect the vital organs LIKE the lungs, and the Heart)
It really matters how you feel. if you feel fine, and you don't seem to have any problems doing fiscal activities, your fine. a friend of mine with this went to state finals for swimming and has this defect.
If it still is bothering you, and you feel that it is hurting your athletic career, you can undergo surgery to have the dip removed. to sum up the surgery, they put a metal pole in place of your defected sternum.
In conclusion, I don't think you should worry. this is quite common, and very treatable if you wish to be treated.

Help!!! Rat + Giant hole in neck = ?

It probably was an abscess that ruptured. Your vet will clean out the wound and give you some antibiotics for her. Another possibility is a dental problem, either an ingrown or maloccluded tooth or a dental abscess. Either way, if you've already made a vet appointment you're well on your way to having her treated. She should be just fine with treatment, depending on exactly what the problem is. An abscess is most likely, and with antibiotics and cleaning it should heal fairly quickly.

If it is an abscess, it may have resulted from an infected bite wound from the other rat. I'm sure it wasn't on purpose, rats do squabble here and there, and under the neck is a common place for bite wound injuries.

I hope she feels better soon, good luck!
