Roxio Game Capture HD Pro Help?
So I purchased a roxio Game Cap HD Pro the other day and it does NOT work. I installed the software and properly hooked everything up with my ps3. Then when I open the software up I click "Capture". and I see under status it says "No Signal". Now it's plugged in the purple light is on. Nothing happens. Now I looked up the problem and tried multiple fixes including the repair option from the installer cd. Nothing works. I'm thinking about returning it and buying an Elgato Game Cap. So is there any way to salvage this golden turd inside a pile of garbage.

Roxio game capture HD pro is a pretty decent device. It is economical as well as offer good features. The software installation is easy and so is the hardware setup. Just Install software and plug in two HDMI/Component Cables, connect the card to your USB port and you're good to go. The software (Roxio VideoWave) is very easy to use Allows you to stream video if you have a good and fast connection. It also will allow up-to 1080p capturing. However few other devices are also available for game capturing and two of them are very noticeable and are very good game capturing devices. I would recommend that you would check them out as well. ROXIO GAME CAPTURE HD PRO BLACK SCREEN HELP ME?
hi my roxio show a black screen where the cineplayer should show the gameplay, right here http://i.imgur.com/Vs0v8b7.png and i can record and everything but i cant see the game on my pc ive tried reparing it and reinstalling it and check for updates and i even took the capture card out while i was repairing and uninstalling

I had a similar issue with my HD PVR2 Gaming Edition and I was freaking out! But all I did was go to the Hauppage website and updated the drivers, (don't know what they do) try researching if you have 'drivers' in you Roxio. When they updated it worked fine also try plugging it in to a different USB port and unplug EVERYTHING! Hope it helped!

Does the Roxio Game Capture HD PRO connect to a 2012 Macbook pro?

Roxio Game Capture HD PRO PC Requirements?
I ordered the Roxio Game Capture HD PRO, I want to use it on my laptop to record my pc gameplay. On the Roxio website it only has the instructions for Xbox, and PlayStation. When I get it will it come with the required cords to record pc gameplay. Or will I need to buy a cord. Thanks
