I Need Help With Netflix Acc.

Help with Netflix account and profiles?

It's been a while since I set my profiles up but...

1. Yeah the default (owner) account can still watch movies instantly. If you want to do so, you just need to switch to the default account, which involves one click basically.

2. Quite sure that owner accounts have a profile by default, you can edit it via Your Account & Help > Account Profiles. Once you create a second profile, you can then select the # of movies sent out per profile at any given time.

My mom won't let me have Netflix and I need help on what I should do to convince her?

(Prior to my actual question I want to let you know I'm 15 years old and I realize my privileges and proud and grateful for the country I live in and my parents care.)


I have an iPad (typing on it now) and I noticed an incredible app on the AppStore. I'm sure most people with iPads/iPods are familiar with the Netflix app and know how great it is. I simply asked my mom If I could have it because we already have an active account for the family. I explained how it was free and very entertaining (if you have an account). She said, (my step dad I will call "gale") Gale and I will have to think about it. With about 1.5 months gone by I still have yet to receive a answer from them, and whenever I ask them about it they say, "let's not talk about it now". I respect my parents decisions but I'm becoming impatient. Do you have any advice on how to get it faster?

Is there any site for a free netflix shared acc or something? Or any1 that wants to give me there password and email? I wanna watch family guy on ipod touch haha

I need help with Netflix...?

Hey guys,

Recently, I bought a Roku XS 2 for Netflix only. However, I've encountered a problem that's been going on since this morning. I've tried to turn on Netflix, but instead, I get a message saying, "Confirm that your internet connection is working by attempting to connect using another device. If you're not able to connect to another device, then contact your ISP (error code 010)."
However, my WiFi is perfectly fine, and every other device in my house (iPod, Laptop, PC, Phone) have no problems connecting to the internet. I don't know if it's my Roku player, or Netflix. And my WiFi seems to be connected to my Roku player just fine. It seems like Netflix is the only app in my Roku player that seems to have these internet connection problems. Everything else is working fine but Netflix.

Please, and thank you guys for all the help. Anything helps.

Netflix deleted my account? Please help!?

My membership was 1 DVD at time for 7.99 a month. Today I go to log in and it said I had the wrong password. So I send something to email and change my password to what I thought it would be. So I finally get my account, but it looks as if I'm signing up. And says Hi Nolan! With 3 buttons, saying Finish sign up, your account, and sign out. I click finish sign up and it says my membership is 7.99 a month to watch on my mac, pac, (streaming movies basically) and I NEVER SELECTED THIS! So I click the box unlimited movies 1 DVD at a time and IT JUST ADDS ANOTHER 7.99 TO IT! It's like I can't choose anything but streaming movies and they just deleted my queue and account so I have to.

Anybody know what this is about or how to fix it? I tried calling and it just says, sorry about your problem bye. I'm serious.
