I'm working on a project for my children's literature class and am making an alphabet book. I have names picked out for all the other letters of the alphebet, but am stumped when it comes to these letters. If you have any clue about characters from fairy tales that would apply to those missing letters (I, V, X, Y and Z) please let me know. P.S. they do not have to be the main character of the fairy tale.
Girl names for my ‘fairy’ characters?
I'm writing a story and I'm missing names for the main fairies. They all have different… powers, I guess you could call it. And they all are unique in their own way. There are six fairies (actually seven, but I managed to name one all on my own because it was simple). So I'll describe what the fairies can do, their hair colour, eye colour, their fairy name. Also, please don't mock me, this is a fantasy story that I don't even remember how I came up with, but now I do and I can't get the names right. Fairy One: Can grant wishes (yes like a genie, but a fairy). She has blonde hair with bright green eyes. Fairy Name: Wish Fairy Fairy Two: Can see a desire and turn it into reality. She has orangey-red hair, like a ginger, with light brown eyes. Fairy Name: Desire Fairy Fairy Three: Can turn any fantasy into reality. Twin of the ‘desire fairy’. She has fire-truck red hair with the same light brown eyes as her sister above. Fairy Name: Fantasy Fairy Fairy Four: Can turn even the coldest of heart warm. She is like the peace keeper of the fairy world. She has dark brown hair with oceanic blue eyes. Fairy Name: Compassion Fairy Fairy Five: Can see the future of anyone or anything. Their death, what's going to happen to them or loved ones. She has blonde hair with cornflower blue eyes. Fairy Name: Destiny Fairy Fairy Six: Is extremely lucky to those who are in need of it. She has light brown hair and meadow green eyes. Fairy Name: Luck Fairy And Jinx is the last one, which I named by myself since she causes bad luck and is the twin of the ‘luck fairy’. Oh and for the ‘destiny fairy,’ please do not put the name Destiny. I don't really like that name. Please and thank you!

Character names for a princess fairy tale?
Sarina for the princess (I am totally unoriginal - this name means princess), Pedro for the groundskeeper (or maybe Tedros?), perhaps Rosalie for the groundskeeper's mother, for the Chambermaids maybe some simple names like Hanna, Peta (ok, that one isn't so common...), Meli... Umm... For the Butler some old fashioned name like Walter or Windsor or something perhaps. Hermit type widow perhaps Agatha or Maude or something... The Prince perhaps Hamlin or Samuel or Charles or something... I dunno what names you could use for the king and queen... Sorry I couldn't be of more help Finding names for characters is harder than I thought :P I guess really it is up to you but I thought I'd give a couple of suggestions. Any ideas for modern names for the classic fairytale characters?
I'm writing a novel and my names feel kind of random for some of the characters. I have the Little Mermaid, Snow White, Cinderella, Thumbelina, Prince Charming (of course), Rapunzel, and the fairy godmother.
