Can I exchange bras at Victoria's Secret without the tags and receipt?
Last week I bought two bras. I have taken the tags off them and misplaced the receipt. I happened to be in Victoria Secret today and decided to get measured and found out I've been wearing the wrong size. Since I just bought them, will I be able to exchange the bras for my actual size even though I do not have the receipt or the tags? I know they can be accommodating. Please answer if you actually know what you're talking about lol

What bra size am i? measurements?
I'm a pretty small person, about 5'4" and around 110 lbs. i have a 23-24 in. waist and 36 in. butt. my underbust measurement is 28 in. and above my bust is about 30 in. the fullest part of my bust is between 35 and 36 in. depending on when i measure it. until about a year ago i was almost completely flat-chested, so i have an immense collection of A and AA bras, i then moved up to a B, and just a few months ago realised that a B was no longer comfortable, it was much too small. i went to TJ maxx and tried on a 32C and it seemed to fit well. i was at my friends house and she had a bra she had bought that didn't fit her, but it was too late to return it and she asked if i wanted it. i took it even though it was a 36B, the cups weren't too ill-fitting, but the band was very loose. then a few weeks later i went back to the store and saw my favorite brand of bra but they only had the size 34C so i bought it anyway. when i tried it on the back was kind of gappy but the cups seemed to fit okay. recently, i noticed that i'm sort of spilling out of both the C's, and the 36B, and it gives me that "double bubble" thing where you can see where the cup ends and your boob begins to protrude.. i've been trying to figure out what size i am, i went to victoria's secret to get measured and they measured me as a 36A, i tried that and it was obviously not my size. then i went to a department store and got measured and they measured me as a 32C which is also too small. every online source says that i should be a 34D or 32DD or something like that, but the problem is, my boobs really don't look all that big. sure, i get comments from friends on them and i know guys look at them when i have a v-neck, but they just don't really look large to me. i don't see how they could be bigger than a C, but why doesn't it fit? please help ladies, professionals, anyone! haha :)

I am a bra tender and this what I know: most women buy a bra with the band size too big. the strap that goes around the back is called the band and it is the number in the bra size, 32, 34, 36 etc, and usually measures what your rib cage measures. Most women need larger cups, and department stores don't carry sizes like 32 G. So the most common mistake is that the band is too big, but they accommodate big breasts. The problem is that the support of the bra comes from the band being snug around the rib cage, and level from front to back. If you're only a 32 and buy a 36, the band is up between your shoulder blades , which causes your boobs to droop around your belly! Get fit for the proper size- it will change your life.
Does a 36C bra size = a Medium in Bikini top?
yup. because i bought a bikini from victorias secret also and the top is too small. they saud that the Med was for 36 C. now i have to return it and i hope the large will be here b 4 my vacation! grrrr

"31in under my boobs 35in around and 33 above" here's the fit... ☺ 31+5 = 36 (would be the band but that 33 above over rides that measurement, we still use it for the cup) 35-36 = -1 (-1" is a AAA, 0" is a AA) The 33" becomes confirmation for band size and is rounded to 34" (this simply means that your waist size is not proportioned to your body yet, expect a change before long in your chest measurements) that means you measure to a 34AAA a 36AA has the same size cup as a 34AAA but has a larger band. The cup on an A (unless padded) will be too large based on your measurements.
