I Think I Ate Way Too Much Today What Do You Think

Do you think I ate too much today?

You need to get on a balanced diet and start eating healthy.

For breakfast....instead of eating junk like chocolate rice crispie cereal you need to eat a cereal that is good for you....try Kashi cereals or Total. Drink juice since you already had milk in your cereal. This will give you a daily fruit serving.

For lunch, eat something balanced....not buttered popcorn. Try eating a sandwich with whole wheat bread. Or, a salad with grilled chicken....but make sure to get a low fat dressing. Salads can really hide fat grams and calories on dressing!

For dinner, try having two veggies (example: green beans and carrots), a protein or meat source (example: grilled chicken breast or pinto beans), and a bread. (always whole wheat bread).

Some more good tips that are really simple are to:

Avoid soft drinks
Avoid processed foods
Avoid white grain pastas and breads (always whole wheat)
Avoid trans fat
Limit saturated fat
Eat higher amounts of UNsaturated fats

Never make yourself throw up after eating; it can become addictive and lead to a serious eating disorder. Just learn to eat healthier and that is what is important. Always strive for a balanced diet (which definitely does NOT mean starving yourself or over eating).

For snacks, eat whole grain crackers, fruit, carrot sticks, etc.....

I ate way too much today?

Okay I ate HORRIBLY today.
I usually eat 1200-1400 calories a day.

But today, I ate SO much. I had 2 hotdogs with rice, a slice of two different pies, 3 cookies, a nutella sandwich, some pasta, a slice of pizza, 2 garlic knots, a slice of cake, some brownies and UGH. TOO MUCH IN GENERAL (The foods listed were eaten throughout the day, not in one meal). I DEFINITELY exceeded my regular calorie intake (I've been on a diet for 3 weeks and I have lost at least 2 or 3 lbs, btw)

Will I gain weight? Should I not eat anything tmrw to balance things out?
Dare I say it.. I'm kind of thinking about purging. I'm DISGUSTED with how much I ate today.

I'm freaking out. I think I ate too much today.?

I'm 15 years old, and I"m soo scared! I ate much more today than I usually do. I'm having a panic attack right now. I just can't believe this. Here's what I ate: (I think around 1300 calories, tell me if I"m wrong)
Breakfast: 2 small slices of cornbread and small fried egg
Lunch: Whole peanut butter and jelly sandwich (on wheat bread) and a medium sized banan
Snack: 5 apple slices, mini orange and some nuts
Dinner: One small wheat egg muffin with low calorie chick pea yogurt, some strips of chicken, and a fried egg.
Then, I went to swim practice for 1 1/2 hour. Came back home, and ATE ANOTHER SNACK.
Snack: Broccoli and fried egg
I'm FREAKING OUT. I'm literally having a panic attack. I'm crying right now. I'm 5'5, 101 pounds...and I"m probably gonna gain weight now. I can't, I don't want to be fat! Please help!

I think I ate too much butter today?

This morning I had 4 biscuits with butter on them. Then I had a cheese on toast with butter on it. Then latter on I had 2 biscuits with butter on them. About 30 minutes ago I had a sandwich with butter, tomatoes and ham.

Yesterday I also had like 4 or 6 biscuits with butter and then cheese on toast with butter.

Please tell me Im sorta scared :(

Did I eat too much today for a 14 year old girl?

hi im a 14 year old girl and i am 5 ft 7 and i weigh 82 pounds. heres what i ate yesterday. i feel so guilty about it today and im planning on having like 1100 hopefully calories to burn it all off because i think i ate too much yesterday. heres what i had
breakfast: 1 packet of instant quaker oatmeal with 1 small tube of yogurt
lunch: 1 small cedars whole wheat wrap with 2 slices of turkey, lettuce, and a slice of munster cheese with a navel orange
dinner: 1 WHOLE hibachi salmon box from the Japenese restaurant. it is like a bento box but its really big. it had one compartment filled with hibachi salmon and mixed veggies over a lot of steamed brown rice and the other compartment had a salad with ginger dressing, some wasabi and pickled ginger and it came with a miso soup, and 5 steamed shrimp shumai dumpling in the other compartment, and 1 6 piece california roll in the other compartment. (it was like a bento box and i finished the whole thing!)
i feel not normal like no one else would have finished it and i dont know whats wrong with me. i am constipated and dont want to eat breakfast today and i just want to burn off all those calories and i feel so bloated. HELP!

I binge ate 2000 calories today. I usually only eat up to 900 calories a day or less. I am thinking of fasting tomorrow. I have tried to purge but it didn't work. I hate myself for doing this. I am going to exercise for 1 1/2 hours. What should I do?

On first blush, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. As others have said here, 900 calories a day is nearly starvation level. First of all, you have to consider your basal metabolic rate (BMR). That’s how many calories your body burns just to keep you alive. For an 18 year old woman who weighs 100 pounds, your BMR is about 1250 calories per day (probably 1350 if you’re a man with the same dimensions). Like I said, that’s just to keep you alive. If you things like get out of bed, walk around, or work the TV remote, to say nothing of ride a bike or raise children, you’re going to need to take in a lot more than those 1250 calories. If you want to know your specific BMR, there are plenty of BMR calculators online. These will tell you the minimum number of calories you should intake each day just to remain part of the human race.Anyway, let’s say your BMR is 1250 and you took in 2000 calories. And lets assume you lived a normal, somewhat active life (you know, you weren’t 100% inert all day). You probably burnt another 500 calories on just your daily to-and-fro so you probably burnt about 1750 calories for the entire. That means you had a caloric excess of 250 calories. Since it takes 3500 calories in excess of your daily burn to add one pound to your body, you probably gained less than 1/10th of a pound. Given that you otherwise are trying to starve yourself, you could probably use that 1/10th of a pound.Oh, and by the way, doing abs isn’t going to do jack-diddly for your weight, except increase it as you add muscle mass (the result of ab work). Anyone who tells you can spot-reduce by “doing abs” is full of crap.

I ate way too much salt today! I'm scared am I going to die?

I am soo scared I am going to get a heart attack! I just finished having dinner and the food was WAYYYY TO SALTY and I ate all of it. What is going to happen to me? I am athletic btw.

Do you think children today eat too much fast food and don't play enough sports?

I think Children today don’t “eat right” and get enough exercise.My doctor told me that my children's generation will be the first to NOT outlive their parents - and it’s all because of poor diet and lack of exercise.Pretty sobering if you think about it.

Did i eat too much today or am i just paranoid?

but i can't tell if that's the anorexic in me talking, or if i have legitimate reason to feel that way. sometimes i blow things way out of whack, recovering has been pretty hard for me. i exercised for 2 hrs btw.
breakfast: about 3/4-1 cup homemade oatmeal (60 cals) with 1/2 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon all natural maple syrup, 1 banana with peanut butter.
lunch: medium-sized salad made with iceberg lettuce, spinach, chickpeas, corn, peas, carrots, a bit of curried rice, raisins, strawberries and a few pieces of feta topped with fat-free raspberry vinaigrette (all that filled only about 1 1/2-2 cup)
snack: 1 cup warm milk with 2 teaspoons sugar
dinner: 1 smoked salmon eggs benedict (tomatoes, eggs, 1/2 english muffin, onion, smoked salmon, 1 tablespoon hollandaise sauce), small salad with tomatoes, v8 juice
snack: smoothie (strawberries, banana, pineapple, 1/4 cup fat-free yogurt, splash oj, protein boost)
i don't mind that i ate a lot as long as it was healthy, and not too much... what do you think?

I ate a lot today will it ruin my weight loss process?

I was very surprised I lost more weight by eating more of the correct foods and drinks then not eating enough,I went thru a period actually had three meals a day,don’t drink soda pop or sugar juices,plenty of water,water is wonderful once you begin to form the habit of drinking it,i even had a snack after 6:00 pm lost a lot of weight,down to size in high school and didn't even realize it at first and felt better eating more food,keeping blood sugar level,with more energy and not so moody.
