I used to be fat when I was 14 (2 years ago). I tried very hard but never succeeded in losing weight. Something about genetics then


I took some pills

but only after i had a great deal of knowledge after spending months in medical books because no doc helped me. it's like playing with fire, but still it's down to what matters to you most? health risks or being ridiculed in the class

i took two kinds of pills
1) stimulants (ephedrine hcl 25mg with 150mg caffeine or equivelant cups of coffee) which allowed me to lose fat. using these along with exercise and moderate diet i lost roughly 100 pounds in 3 months

2) deuretic (i used half tablet of lasoride 3 times a day) but only when I had to lose some bloat fast in two or 3 days. it gives you a temporary weight loss by reducing excess water stored under your skin which looks like fat. actually it looks worse than fat. kinda flappy thing. if you know what i mean.

just don't use diuretic more than a week and don't use stimulants after you've achieved your goals.
