If I understand your situation correctly, you have two schools listed in your profile and you want to delete one entirely - right? When you're signed into SnagAJob.com, go to your profile and click "Show details" next to education, then "Edit." Scroll down to the *bottom* of the page and you will see all your schools listed in a box. Click "Delete" next to the one you want to delete and it will disappear. Now, if you have only one school listed, you can't delete it. Then you need to scroll down to that box and click "Edit" next to the school. Make any changes you want, then click "Update information." SnagAJob is a legitimate site -- it's the biggest job board for hourly jobs and it's been around for 9 years. You create your profile and then it's easy to apply to a bunch of jobs, because they automatically send your work experience, etc. to employers when you apply.
