Identify The Limitations Of Their Organisation S Service Offer Public House

Explain how your organisation’s service offer is affected by financial and other resource limitations.?

You need to first determine what your customers ideal situation would be.
quality, price, and delivery to the right place within minutes.

Then look at what resources limit this.

So, in your case, it might be a lack of tutors educated to an excellent level; or insufficient funds or reputation to entice them to work for you. Maybe it might be a constraint on space which could be impacted by finance again but also by council policy, green belt or listed implications. Perhaps, your company relies on grants to operate and you might not be able to get enough service users who are entitled to receive your training.

Identify the impact that your organisation’s service offer may have on different people in the service chain?

I am doing the same things and i cant find the answer either!

I have to identify the key characteristics from organisations that offer beauty therapy services...help!!?

You are correct. That is VERY vague!
Is there any way that you could ask your course coordinator to explain specifically what they mean when they say "key characteristics"? Do they mean characteristics that the listed organisations have in COMMON? Or do they mean that you must list ALL the characteristics of EACH organisation? And, in either case, "characteristics" is a very broad term. This could refer to members of staff, aesthetics of the organisation, etc. etc.
When I think of organisations that offer beauty services, I think of characteristics like impeccable customer service and satisfaction, a pristine/ calm work environment, an environment of trust/ confidentiality for the consumer, etc.
But, given the open-endedness of the question, I am not really sure if that is what they mean...
Sorry I couldn't be more help!

Explain how your organisation builds a service offer that will meet customer expectations?

Firstly you must measure your customer expectations - customer research (google 'servqual' for a good framework).

Then you set service standards which need to be defined in terms of the customer expectations - not just technical jargon.

Now you have to put operational plans in place detailing how you will achieve the service standards - make sure everyone knows the plan and 'believes in it passionately' - especially senior managers (lead by example).

Finally, continually measure your customer's perceptions of your service to ensure they are in line with their expectations.
Put remedial action in place immediately if you fall short!

Describe what effects the service offer may have on the service chain?

Saying you're working in a salon helps but not enough. What service offer? The best I can say is that any service offer shouldn't be made without getting the employees involved. It may be something that can't be realistically done. Does the service offer slow down productivity? Does it leave the customer happy? Will the employee be able to finish it and still earn a decent hourly wage?

HOW DO I EXPLAIN IDENDIFY THE SERVICE OFFER OF THEIR ORGANISATION?

What is their mission statement, it often shows the company's attitude towards customers and staff. If the organisation is a shop then ask about their returns policy, if it's service industry do they have additional staff/ facilities to assist the less able bodied members of the public.
Most organisations want to bring in customers , have their product/company recommended and keep their staff - it costs a huge amount of money to train staff and keep them up to date with all the new legislation .
Also I agree with previous poster stop shouting and suggest if you are thinking of making customer service your choice of career you should be more polite, a few pleases' and thank yous' go a long way when asking for help.

What "selling point" do the Jehovah's Witness use to recruit new members?

I was brought up from birth into a Jehovah's Witness family and the "selling point" or "unique selling proposition" has always been the idea that people can live forever on a paradise earth and be reunited with their dead loved ones. This is what attracted my parents to the religion in the late 1930's after their firstborn son died under tragic circumstances before he was 5 years old. They were grief-stricken and vulnerable. They were also ignorant of what the Bible has to say about life after death. So when the Witnesses turned up and said they could be reunited with their son and live forever on a paradise earth, they were wide open to that suggestion.

It's an attractive proposition, and one that has universal appeal to people who know nothing about God's plan of salvation through Christ Jesus. They read all the stuff in the J.W. literature and think it's absolutely wonderful. They swallow the untruth that only 144,000 persons since the time of Jesus can go to heaven and that if you want to survive Armageddon you must belong to their organisation. By the time the Witnesses have got them to swallow the bait, they are well and truly hooked up and can't wait for Armageddon so that this "wicked system of things" will be annihilated, leaving them as the survivors who are going to walk into a rosy sun-set to inherit a perfect paradise earth. It's just all so lovely! Who wouldn't want to buy into the dream?

Nobody ever finds out about the control that will be exerted over them by the leaders until after they are baptised. Nobody ever knowingly joins a cult. It's only when you try to leave you realise the price you will be made to pay if you ever want to walk out. Strange how the Witnesses want to pursue carnal or earthly pleasures and don't want to spend eternity with the Lord. But that's because they don't want to go to heaven.
