If I Get A New Battery Pack For My 3ds Will My Games

What chargers will work on a Wii U game pad? I know that the stand works & 3DS chargers work, but are there any others?

The Wii U gamepad charger cable end is bigger than the 3DS charger. So, you have to buy a cable that’s specific to the Wii U. Yes, there are other chargers besides the charger that came with it. In fact, there are USB charge cables you can buy such as these:Amazon.com: Mosuch USB Charger Cable For Nintendo Wii U Gamepad Controller: Video GamesAmazon.com: 10 Feet Gamepad 2 Pack USB Charger Power Cable Cord for Nintendo Wii U Gamepad Controller: ElectronicsAmazon.com: Mudder 10 Feet Gamepad USB Charge Cable Power Charging Cable for Nintendo and Wii U, Black: Home Audio & TheaterYou can then plug these USB charge cables into pretty much any USB charging adapter and it should work. I might recommend using an iPad charger brick as it provides for higher power needs of the iPad. The smaller iPhone power bricks may not charge fast enough.

Does the Nintendo 3DS have the same kind of battery as a Nintendo DSi?

K, so lately there's been something wrong with my DSi's battery. It runs out within minutes while it's not plugged into a charger and it takes seconds to "fully" charge while it's closed or off. The area on the DSi around the battery has kind of expanded a little, as if the battery has gotten bigger or something. Other than that, the DSi's functions are completely normal. The buttons all work fine, the touch screen works properly, the WiFi connection is normal, etc. As for my 3DS, I bought a battery pack for it a couple months or so after I got it, and so I don't really have a use for its original battery anymore. It's just been sitting in the same plastic case that the battery pack came in on my shelf. So I thought that if the DSi and the 3DS have the same kind of battery, then I'd be able to replace the dysfunctional one in my DSi with my 3DS's original battery, right? Or would it be dangerous or something to mess with the DSi's current battery? And if I can replace the DSi's battery with the 3DS's, would the DSi still function normally? Thanks!

Should I get the Nintendo Switch or the new 2DS XL?

I have recently purchased the Nintendo Switch and had played with a DSi and a DS lite over the past 10 years. Although I have not owned a 3DS or a 2DS (my friends though), I think I can give a valid answer here:The new Nintendo 2DS XL is Nintendo's conservative approach to handhelds. It is still the same foldable handheld with two screens, albeit a bit bigger, one of which is a touchscreen. The whole thing comes with a stylus for more precision. It can play both DS and 3DS titles, which means you have a huge amount of games available at your disposal which are also cheap since you can buy many of them used. Its battery will probably last longer than both the 3DS and the Switch, too, since it uses a lower resolution than the Switch and does not feature 3d mode unlike the 3DS. It is a good handheld that will probably accompany you for many years to come. The Switch on the other hand is another breed. The Switch is Nintendo's new trump card with which they want to storm the market again after the Wii U which was more of a flop for Nintendo. So what is it that makes it so special. I probably don't have to tell anyone, of course it is tust tue Switch is both a Handheld and a homeconsole. The same games can be played on the couch or on the go ans tue game will be the exact same. Also, the Switch comes with a huge focus on multiplayer. The two attachable Joy-Cons enable two of you to play together wherever you are. No other game console or PC can match this so far! That is a huge game changer and that is also why the Switch will put Nintendo up to date in the console fight. So, my final opinion. As you probably guessed already, I would choose the Switch. Not only is it more capable in raw power, it opens a whole new generation of consoles and offers a truly fresh playing experience that nothing on the market can really match. If you want to choose the 2DS because of the tiny number of games the Switch features, think twice. Of course there ain't many games out yet, but Nintendo has promised 100 available games at the end of 2017. And I mean, look at the games we have already! Splatoon 2 is as close to a competitive shooter as it can get, Mario Kart 8 offers known arcade-style racing with stunning graphics and my god, look at Zelda. One of, if not the best launch title ever.So to sum it up, the 2DS XL is the safe bet but the Switch is revolutionary.

I'm worried about my Nintendo 3DS battery life?

When I first got my 3ds I was too excited and turned it on straight away. Even though I turned it off straight afterwards (a "WHAT AM I DOING!?" moment), I can't help but feel worried about its poor battery.

I played it while it was charging for the first time, too.

Now, a couple of days since I got it, I've charged it 3 times already. I checked my activity log, and my battery ran out after about 3 hours and 45 minutes worth of play time, with 2 brightness and power saving mode on! Although, I did have full 3D, full volume and wireless on for the whole time.

Has this happened to anyone else? Or does the 3ds just have s*it battery life?

Ideas for a gamer gift basket?

It's almost Christmas so it's time to start thinking of what to buy my fiancee for Christmas. He loves playing video games so I wanted to fill up a little handmade gift basket full of video game related things and things he should have if he were to play all day.
Here's some info on him:

* He pretty much only plays Xbox, the games he has been playing recently are mainly Halo 4, CoD 2, and minecraft.
* His favorite game genres are RPG and Shooters.
* His favorite game is Borderlands 2
* He only plays one computer game which is Starcraft 2
* Before we had to sell the 3DS, he played whatever Pokemon games we had.
* He loves anything Zombie themed

I'm currently making him some rock candy and plan on baking cookies and cupcakes sometime closer to Christmas. I'm gonna buy him 3 1 Liter bottles of Mountain Dew (his favorite) and several big bags of chips this weekend. I'm just about to start crocheting him a little Link (from LoZ) plushie soon and making him a necklace with a spartan logo (halo 4) pendant as well as making him a keychain with the Executioner from the new Call of Duty game. (one of his favorite guns)

Unfortunately, I'm really low on cash this year, if I wasn't I'd get him an Xbox rechargeable battery port, some Microsoft points, and make him a modified Xbox controller with a custom paint job. *sadface*

I feel the gift basket is mainly foods and not enough video game related things. :l Does anyone have any other ideas I could toss into the basket?

GameStop Powerup Rewards discount on used systems?

The ten percent discount is for all the used items GameStop sells. Whether it is consoles, games, or accessories, you'll get ten percent of the price. Now, for some additional information. If you want to save a little more on a used Nintendo 3DS, then check and see if you have at least 18,000 points available. If you do, you can get another $25 of a used 3DS. Just thought I would let you know about another way to save some cash.

Where do I place the four batteries in Grunty's Industries (Banjo-Tooie)?

I already placed 3/4 of the batteries in their proper locations, and I have the 4th battery but I can't find the fourth location to put the battery in.

If anyone could be so kind as to give me a list of the places that need the battery's power, I'd be much obliged.

Please and thank you.
