Did Mormons baptize Osama-bin-Laden?

The habit of proxy baptism of famous/infamous people is very much discouraged, if not outright prohibited, these days. We are reminded to focus on our own deceased extended family members. We are to obtain permission from surviving family members of anyone else. It would be highly unlikely that OBL's family would consent to this act. Please be aware that we also believe that anyone we stand in for, on the other side of the veil, has the free agency to decline being baptized.

Had Osama bin Laden been hiding in India, do you think the USA would have executed the operation differently? If yes, what and why? If no, what would have happened if they were intercepted by India? How would the govt cover up such an intrusion?

I dont think so..Given the relationship we enjoy with US , the past record of Indian government in dealing with terrorism, and the fact that presence of OBL in Indian terrain would be  detrimental to India's self- interest, the US would have asked assistance from Indian government and at most would have undertaken a joint operation with Indian forces. However even in case, the US , for reasons unknown , decides not to trust Indian government  and takes a unitary raid , the tactical difficulties and possible outcome would itself make such an operation..unfeasible.Assuming that OBL is hiding in wilderness of Kashmir, and Indian government is oblivious to this.1)Absence of bases close to Indian borders: US doesn't trust Indian government its safe to assume it wont trust Pakistani's too. Thus US would need a staging base from where it can mount this operation without tipping off  Pakistani's. Military installations in Afghanistan perfectly fits this bill however they are just too far off .2)Even if US,decides to launch this operation from Afghanistan, the choppers would have to traverse Pakistan, and then importantly they have to cross heavily militarized Indo-Pak borders , where both sides monitor there air spaces zealously and with state of art technologies.3)Say US manages to evade searching radar's of India and Pakistan and cross into India without being detected. Now they have to pull off a raid not in a peaceful  residential town like Abottabad , but in wilderness of  Kashmir which has active terror groups and consequently heavy military presence. Landing of an unknown chopper in wilderness and even sounds of firefights would definitely garner Indian military attention and prompt action (mainly on suspicion of some terrorist hideout)4)And even if Americans manage to pull all of this off, they still have to fly back to their  bases again facing similar oddsSounds risky right..

What did Osama Bin Laden mean when he called the U.S the Imperialist Snake?

Osama bin Laden's Mujahiadeen was initially hired and armed by the US in order to;
Firstly secure a 'stronghold' - where what they said goes - in the middle-east,
Secondly defend themselves against Soviet threat. (Defend the oil in Pakistan that the US wanted from Soviet threat)

Of course as soon as Pakistan was no longer desperate and had paid for US aid the US pulled their troops leaving a devastated war-torn and broke country. Obviously this would p*** you off!! So as Osama organised to fight back the US officials 'created' Al'Queda (who are in fact the Mujahiadeen) as a terrorist threat rather than a political one.

In order to take down this threat the US then went back to reduce any power Osama's private army may have had under false pretence (WMD claims).

So whether Osama was actually in the wrong is debatable where as the US was most definitely in the wrong.

So it definitely seems from his point of view this description was more than apt.

Is there a reason to why Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden and Adolf Hitler are all born under Taurus?

hey you guys are right, Binladen is march 10. Hitler is one day away from taurus, 20th and taurus starts on the 21st. but its still a cusp. anyway its no big deal just thought it was interesting. the most famous leader born under my sign is Napoleone di Buonaparte. i dont think he was like Hitler.

Why did bin Laden attack the US?

Osama bin Laden makes it fairly clear why he wanted to attack the United States in his own writings.  Bin Laden declared war on the United States all the way back in 1996, 5 years before before the 9/11 attacks, in the statement, "A Declaration of Jihad against the Americans Occupying the Land of the Two Holy Sanctuaries."  "The Land of the Two Holy Sanctuaries" refers to Saudi Arabia, which is the home of the two holiest cities in Islam, Mecca and Medina.  In the military preparations before the Gulf War aka Operation Desert Storm, King Fahd agreed to allow U.S. troops into Saudi Arabia so that American military forces could use the country as a pathway to get into Kuwait and force out Saddam Hussein.  Bin Laden's opposition to the United States stems from bin Laden interpreting the American military presence in Saudi Arabia as an insult against Islam.  Bin Laden's declaration of jihad against the United States states:All the false propaganda about the supposed rights of Islam was abandoned in the face of the attacks and massacres committed against Muslims everywhere, the latest and most serious of which--the greatest disaster to befall the Muslims since the death of the prophet Muhammad--is the occupation of Saudi Arabia, which is the cornerstone of the Islamic world, place of revelation, source of the Prophetic mission, and home of the Noble Ka'ba where Muslims direct their prayers.  Despite this, it was occupied by the armies of the Christians, the Americans, and their allies.Bin Laden was never a poor Afghani tribesman.  Bin Laden was born in Saudi Arabia, and he had a large personal fortune, because his father got extremely wealthy from going into the construction business in Saudi Arabia.  In terms of nationality, Osama bin Laden viewed himself as a Saudi and felt especially insulted, both on religious and nationalistic grounds, when the United States deployed troops in Saudi Arabia in preparation for the Gulf War.  Bin Laden's connection to Afghanistan is that he fought with the Afghan mujahideen in the 1980s to drive Soviet troops out of Afghanistan, but at that time, the mujahideen were unofficially allied with the United States, because of the U.S./U.S.S.R. rivalry during the Cold War.  Bin Laden fought against the Soviet Union and won.  If you pull off that, it's not unthinkable that you might believe that you could pick a fight with the United States and win that too.

If Obama is a Muslim why did he kill Osama Bin Laden?

George W. Bush claims to be a born again Christian yet he ordered the invasion and occupation of Iraq by manufacturing false evidence.
As a result 100,000 Iraqis died and almost 5,000 fine young Americans (most of THEM Christian) gave their lives on this "Christian" man's lies.

The President is not a Muslim and by Islamic standards neither was Bin Laden.
