What is the best way to attract customers to an ice cream shop?
I just opened a small window service shop in a busy downtown location. I have our open flag and our open sign out. This is only my third day being open, but business is not going anywhere near the way I was hjoping it would. I know our prices are good. What can I do as a promotion or gimmick to get people to hand over their money. I think the problem is that people do not realize that we are here! At a meat counter I would like to see, recipes and tips on grilling. First of all, even though the prices are rather high, do they have a good quality of meat? Also, put together packages. A lot of small butcher shop owners put together like weekly packages and sell it at a package price that is a bit cheaper than buying all the same items individually. Then Moms and housewives can pick out the whole week of meat, get a package price and people are pretty happy with that. Make premade meat loafs and pre-marinaded stuff. All they have to do is take it out and prepare it without doing all that work. If a housewife or a working Mom can save some time and money that;s great. Plus you may be giving them 10% to 20% off in giving them a package price but if they like the idea you will make up the sales in volume. Give them a deal that saves them a little money and makes their lives a little easier.

Yes well I use Magnum Condoms, size large. I cant use the regular ones I can barely fit them on and one i do get it on its like its choking my pee-pee, not good. Any ideas how to increase sales from catering lunch?
I am an owner of a Subway Sandwich restaurant. My wife and I have been in business for almost 4 years but things are getting very hard (to say the least). Our sales are down due to the economy (people aren't eating out as much, food cost have gone UP, and sale prices have gone DOWN (we started that $5 dollar footlong campaign that everyone is doing now). Since customers aren't coming "in" to the store we are trying to focus more on taking the food to them. Any ideas on how to market Subway catering? Who are some good targets that we should focus on and what would be some things that would really attract people to use us. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
