I blocked someoneon facebook, accidentally unblocked them, Now I can see them but I cannot re-block them?

Okay so I was on my laptop on facebook and one of my old enemies was blocked (though we've been good friends now for several months). I unblocked her cause she wanted to be friends on facebook but said she couldn't find me, but while I was unblocking her I accidentally unblocked someone else I recently blocked and didn't want to unblock (I'm on a laptop and sometimes the touch pad mouse presses on things it's not supposed to) I tried to re-block them right away but even though I can see them in my friend's list and can view their profile, I tried entering their name and they won't show up for blocking, others with the same name will, but not the person I wanted to block, how can I reblock them?

I accidentally poked someone on Facebook then blocked them?? HELP?

I don't think he will receive the poke. You blocked him immediately after that so he won't see who poked him.

Why don't you try it with a friend. Poke and block him. Email and ask him if he got the poke. Unblock him afterwards and ask him again if the previous poke turned up....

I blocked a Facebook friend request by mistake. How do I undo that?

There is no way to unblock a friend request. You will need to resend a friend request to that person involved. Simply go to there profile and click the add friend button. If there privacy settings are that they allow you to do so then you can send a friend request back. If not,you will need to request them to resend it. This can be done by sending them a message, calling them or texting them.

Can I unblock myself if my account is blocked by Facebook?

To get back into your account you need to log into Facebook and follow the instructions to verify your identity. Facebook may offer a number of different ways for you to confirm your identity but generally you will be presented with one of the following options.Identifying friends based on their tagged photosAnswering your security question (if you added one to your account)Contacting a friend you've previously chosen to help youProviding your date of birthRequesting that you upload a photo of yourselfThe steps you are asked to follow will vary according to the options you are presented with. For instance, if you have the option to get help from friends you will have to take the following steps:Select a few friends who you know in person and who are directly in contact with you.Once you do so and click on continue Facebook will send a security code to the friends who you have just selected. You then have to contact those friends, and request them to send you the code they have received from Facebook.Once you gather the codes from your friends, you use the code to unlock your Facebook account. However, the method you use to successfully unlock your account might also depend on the reason because why your account was locked in the first place. In some instances you might need to try different methods of unlocking your Facebook account such as uploading a photo ID. Essentially this is a way to verify your tagged photos to confirm that you are who you claim to be.This step is actually relatively straightforward:Enter your email address or phone numberYour full name as it is listed in the accountUpload a photoClick on the link in an email you receive to reactivate the accountWhichever account reactivation options you are offered the steps are relatively straightforward and it shouldn’t take long for you to get back into your account.

Just as the title suggests. Was accidentally liked someone's photo (who I am not even friends with), quickly unliked it, then blocked them. Will it still come up in their notification that I liked their photo?

I want to re-block a person on Facebook before 48 hours, whom i accidently unblocked. Facebook?

How can you "accidentally" unblock someone? When you click on "unblock", it even shows you a warning that you won't be able to block that profile for another 48 hours. So sorry, you're out of luck. You have to wait 48 hours to block him again. If you think he might harass you within these 48 hours, then deactivate your Facebook and re activate after 48 hours. Being away from Facebook for a couple of days never killed anyone.

Why does Facebook takes 48 hours before unblocking someone who was previously blocked?

Why is it 48 hours? I have no idea. However, I do understand the concept. Basically they don't want people unblocking and blocking every five minutes so they set a standard. It is good for those of us who do block and unblock as we have to feel comfortable that the person will be able to see our stuff (as long as friends if private) for that open time period IF they even realized they were unblocked. Therefore, we are less likely to unblock them at all.And as we all know there is plenty of drama on facebook and the block function is very helpful. So by setting a limit on it facebook is hoping for a lil less drama I must assume :)Good LuckPS - Stop unblocking your past, you blocked it for a reason :) Don't let curiosity keep you peeking in on stuff you want to forget :)
