How do you transfer MW2 map packs from one account to another, on the same XBox?
I bought all of the DLC map packs on my old Xbox Live account, then switched to a new account when Black Ops came out. Now I want the MW2 map packs on the account I made after Black Ops came out, and there is no way in hell I'm paying for them again when they are already downloaded on my Xbox but on my old account. So how do I move them to my newer account?

Bear with me, I'm not new to Xbox Live, but I'm new to license transfer. Is it possible to transfer Skyrim DLC's from a UK account to a US account, or does it have a region block? My friend lives in England and I wanted to download Dawnguard from her onto my account in Washington and so far it does work - on her account only. So, I can play it, but I wouldn't be able to play from my gamertag. Is there a way to fix this or is there no hope? Don't answer the question saying you aren't sure. I'm looking for a straight forward answer. Thank you otherwise.

Can you transfer the DLC from Xbox to PS3 you mean? No. They're two completely different systems. If it's an account on the PS3 (on PSN) then as long as there is a User on the system with that account that has the DLC bought, you can go into your downloads and use it. If you have multiple accounts on one PS3, then it should automatically be on your other accounts after you bought & installed it.

You don't HAVE to do the license transfer. However, if you don't do the license transfer then only your profile can play the DLC on the new Xbox 360. If you do the license transfer then all profiles on the new console can use them. And, yes, you should transfer everything on your hard drive to the new one. It is easiest using the Microsoft Data Transfer Cable.

gamesharing allow you to do it on 5 systems. so in order to get your dlc, you have to deactivate one of them. usb wont work because the dlc will just be install into the game data, which you cannot copy. to deactivate your ps3 account, go to account setting and there should be a option of deactivating it on one of those options. then sign in to your new ps3 and you can now get the dlc
