Im Having Pain In My Testicles.

Im having pain in one testicle, what is it?

i have been having pain in my left testicle when i dont ejaculate. there feels like a really hard and tiny bump at the bottom part and the pain is in my abdomen on the lower left side. when i do the pain and the bump goes away.
also when i dont ejaculate my testicles get hard and painful to touch, and then after i do they get soft and feel fine
it happens if i go for more then maybe a day and a half without
and when i am about to ***, it feels like my left testicle is being pulled up into my abdomen and is uncomfortable

i am 18 years old, tall 6'7" and 215 lbs, exercise regularly and eat healthy if any of that matters
also, i had an undescended right testicle, i had surgery at young age to correct it,
the right one feels fine

im thinking that it is probably cancer, but since the bump and pain both go away idk, im also sure that i dont have an STD

any suggestions on what else it might be are appreciated

Pain in Testicles?

First off, you are not a sad excuse for a parent. This is a sensitive issue for a teen age boy. That he came to you about it says alot for your character. When I was a teen I had this very problem. My doctor checked for torsion, NO GO. He then checked for a hernia, BINGO. The hernia was slipping my intestines through the inguinal canal where the blood supply and sperm vassal goes through, thus causing pressure in the testicle. The risk to the testicle is low, but the risk to the intestine is moderate to high depending on the size of the tear in the muscle wall, and how quick it is repaired.
-I had a piece of mesh put in to hold the dam. This has caused me many years of complication. I should have had laproscopic method done, but it costs more. Hind sight! I really hope your son does well. Good luck! God Bless!

I'm having pain on my left testicle. What should I do?

Visit general surgeon.... it maybe bacterial infection or chances are of having hernia as per your explanation given above....i am MBBS student so i would be able to tell u exactly the cause but it is related to your reproductive system so don't take any chance just visit any general surgeon or UROLOGIST.

I'm having testicular pain, should i be worried?

Common causes of testicular pain There are many possible causes of testicular pain, some of which are more common and some more serious than others. There are eight main types that all men should know something about. Direct injury Infection(cause pain in the area of the testicle, which is tender, swollen and hot to touch.) Varicocele and hydrocele(both lead to discomfort around the testicle, rather than actual pain in the testicle itself. Just like the veins in the leg, the veins that drain blood away from the testicles in the scrotum can become varicose, in which case a varicocele is formed. This feels like a bag of worms at the top of the testicle on the affected side and the veins themselves may be tender to the touch. The discomfort is of a dragging, aching nature, and wearing a supportive pair of pants or a jock strap will help.) Hernia(The pain, which is usually abdominal rather than scrotal, is usually made worse by movement, coughing or sneezing.) Torsion of the testicles(excessive twisting does happen and the blood supply is cut off from above. The testicle then swells and becomes acutely painful.) Blue balls’ of love(Sexual arousal that does not terminate in ejaculation can cause congestion in the sperm carrying tubes, resulting in a dull aching sensation in the testicle) Kidney stone(A kidney stone on the move from the kidney area downwards to the bladder and out through the penis will usually cause intense sharp pains in the abdomen. However, the pain is commonly referred downwards into the testicle region but the intense suddenness and severity of the pain is very suggestive of a kidney stone.) Testicular cancer(This rarely causes pain and discomfort) 9

Why do i have pain in my left testicle?

I went downstairs yesterday to put something away, and i was standing there cleaning one dish, and suddenly my left testicle starts throbbing with that dull ache, that goes into your stomach. I'm sure anyone who has been kicked in the crotch will know the pain well. The problem is, i didn't do anything. I limped myself upstairs, and laid down. If i didn't more for long periods of time, the pain dulled, but the second i moved again, it would come right back. I tried taking some vicodin (pain realiver), and soma (muscle relaxer) that i had for my back, to see if it would relieve the pain, but it didn't do anything. So then i took 4 motrin, and a tramadol (another pain reliever). This helped. It allowed me to get some sleep, but it is still sore. The pain is a lot better, but i still have to be careful, because it is very sensitive. I went feeling around last night, and i didn't feel anything extra, but my left testicle was very sore, and sensitive to the touch. The other one seems fine, no problems on the right side. Any ideas why this happened? I'm 21 years old, and this has happened once or twice before, but it either goes away in a few hours, or a few days. Any ideas? And please, no jokes, this is a serious problem.

I have pain in my testicles. What can it be? I cannot feel any lumps.?

Testicular pain has many causes, some of which are emergencies that require immediate medical attention.
Causes of testicular pain include: trauma, testicular torsion (blood supply is cut off and this is an emergency), epididymitis, hernia, orchitits, testicular tumor, and rarely, infections or bleeding in the abdomen. You can read more about these conditions at the following site: http://www.emedicinehealth.com/articles/...

Testicular pain is not a common symptom of chlamydia:
Sometimes, a chlamydia infection of the urethra has no symptoms. When present, symptoms often include:
watery or mucous-like discharge from the penis
burning or pain with urination
having to urinate frequently

Male symptoms

In men, chlamydia is the most common cause of urethral discharge from the penis.

Sometimes chlamydia can cause mild irritation at the end of the penis, which disappears after two or three days. Many men suffering some discomfort will just wait to see if it goes away.

Unfortunately, the discomfort may disappear but the infection can still be present. They can, therefore, transmit it to a sexual partner and also risk the complication of inflamed and swollen testicles.

Chlamydial infection can affect sperm function and fertility in men. Chlamydia has too often been publicised as a problem that only affects women. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Maybe it is time for a second opinion?
