(SeX without partner ) is always safe way but it also have some limitations .and about the question 2,3 times is too many I myself can't able to masturbate .one after and nobody can't or nobody should ..actually masturbation needs lots of energy , calories when we masturbate we burn this calories and energy .and our body needs more then body uses the glycogen stored in our body for emergency supply of energy .which ultimately comes from fatty acid , so if we use that glycogen we need extra suply of energy .in that case our body uses fatty acid for that supply .due to this we often experience when we do masturbation one after another .our body experience a light weight than before masturbation , also when we masturbate the circulation of.the blood and rerespiration reaches its height which stimulate our fight system (immunity system ) and lymphocytes which are called guard of our body to decrease by some amount ..so we often experience after masturbation we feel weak with decrease confidence also due to over masturbation we fall ill and health issues occur .masturbation is best sexual pleasure but we should over masturbate Advantages of masturbation-1-sexual pleasure 2-shiny skin 3-look young 4-hormones stimulator Disadvantages of over masturbation 1-weakness3-dried skin3-low confidence 4-shyness5-sighting problems 6-illness7-concentration problems Good luck .And about muscle gain .as I said earlier that masturbation cause burning of fat for excess energy so due to the breakdown muscles becomes weak and can't able to take extra load  in masturbation our testosterone level is somehow decrease which is responsible for muscle gain this testosterone level increase after two days of masturbation .Good luck again.

Hi im 5 feet 9 inches tall and weight 225-230 pounds
heres my story i really haven't had a problem with my weight till i meet the perfect girl threw myspace lol yha i know who would of guest we both only had face pics no body pics on are pages will after 3 months of chating i go see her she is the perfect girl i have ever met gorgeous in every possible way that's were my problem popped up im fat will obese by my Body Mass Index (bmi) she is in athlete plays every sport you can think of and knows how to dances every thing will some in perfect shape
on the net i was the perfect man for her but day comes not any more:/ yha i know not so i love you any more she didn't diss/dump me she let me down easy buy not talking to me that much or saying good morning i love you every morning ever since that night i think karma has to do with this but that's another story will i

Did the 9/11 jumpers die in mid air before making impact with the ground?

I figure you would die from shock before making impact but my friend made a good point referring to sky diving as a similar thing. Did the 9/11 jumpers die in mod air or on impact?

Why are tides higher at night?

This question isn't quite correct, as I'll explain. Both the Moon and the Sun exert gravitational and centrifugal forces on the Earth's oceans, causing them to bulge out and water to rush up the beaches and create swollen rivers. The Moon's contribution to those forces dominates, despite being so much less massive,  because it is much closer to us than the Sun. When all these forces align - when the Earth is in line with the Sun and the Moon, the net force is greater, causing much higher tides. These are called Spring tides. In contrast, when the Earth, Moon, and Sun are perpendicular, you get lower high tides, which are called Neap tides. To illustrate this, here's an image from Wikipedia's article on Tides:As can be seen in this image, the Spring tides may occur during the darkest part of the night or the middle of  the day. As you may have noticed, there are actually two tides per day, but the Moon only crosses the sky once every ~25 hours (24 hours, 49 minutes to be precise). This is because when the Moon is overhead (roughly) the tide is caused by the dominant gravitational pull of the Moon. When the Moon is on the opposite side of the Earth, the dominant force is the centrifugal force, which has the effect of pulling the water away from the Moon.

Both of these will be fine to help in your fitness goals. If you stick with what you have stated above, you will achieve the following:

-- Achieve a better cardiovascular fitness level
-- Attain a more toned/ sleek look
-- Drop body fat and build muscle mass (not alot, but his will give the toned look)
-- Raise your metabolism as a result of the above

One item to note though is that you need to gauge you success by measures other than a scale. Go to a trainer and have your body fat measured and your measurements taken. Have this done now, after one month and then after two months in order to see your progress. You may not get down to the weight you are looking for depending on how much body fat you have to lose and how much muscle you put on.

Do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, you can drink water, as you will force your body to pull from your fat stores for energy. After you are done, wait for at least 45 minutes before you eat.

Now for the last and most critical element of this - your eating most be critical. Your diet will make or break you on this endeavor. Aim for 4-6 meals/ snacks per day with your carbs tapering off through out the day with the only carbs that you eat at night being fiberous. Don't cut out all fats either, your body needs about 20% of your daily intake to be good fats.

Does stretching for height gain really work, if yes, is the increase in height permanent?

Yes, you can gain height and it is permanent. I am real life example. About 2 years ago (I was 32 years old now 35 so way after puberty) I was 5′9.5″ tall and now I am 6′0″ (in morning height 6′1″ during day 6′).The key thing is being consistent as it takes months to years to see results. I stretch many times a day (hang from bar, yoga), good diet with plenty of greens, exercise 30 to 1 hours, sleep 8 to 9 hours, and drink lots of water). Everyday all day.You ever notice most professional swimmers have elongated upper body? Why? That is effect of spinal lengthening. They swim all the time therefore spine length increases over time.The people who say it can’t be done is because they didn’t try enough or gave up. BUT you can only realistic add 1 to 4 inch max of height.
