Why won't the GTS let me trade Pokemon between my Moon and Ultra Sun games? I know about Pokemon bank, I want to transfer items.
If you are trying to trade the mythical Pokémon Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Phione, Manaphy, Shaymin, Darkrai, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Melloetta, Genesect, Diance, Hoopa, Volcanion, Magearna, Marshadow; the Ultra Beasts Blacephalon, Stakataka, Poipole, Naganadel; a Pikachu with Ash’s Cap; or a totem-sized Pokémon then you can not trade those Pokémon across the GTS. Mythicals can be traded across Link Trade, and the four mentioned Ultra Beasts can be traded between the Ultra games through Link Trading or the GTS, but not Sun or Moon. Ash Cap Pikachu and totem-sized Pokémon are considered special and can’t be traded.If you are not using any of these Pokémon to trade, them I suggest you try a different internet connection to see if connectivity is the issue. If not, then I’m not sure what is going on.

How do you find Shiny Pokémon in Pokémon Black 2?
It's mostly luck, but there is one "free" shiny available in game postending. In Black 2, it's a Gible, and in White 2, it's a Dratini. To get this Gible in your version, you just have to beat every floor in the Black Tower in Black City. Then go to Alder's house (in Floccesy Town) and Benga will be visiting. Talk to him and he'll give you a shiny Gible lv 1.As for other shinies, they're mostly luck based, unless you manage to complete the national Pokedex (minus event pokemon- Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Meleotta, and Genesect), in which case you'll get the shiny charm. Your shiny chance will still be very very low, but it will be improved.I suppose you could also try to use the Masuda Method, though it's going to be extra tough now. It involves breeding two Pokemon from different regions in the real world. This was much more plausible before they shut down wifi trading, but if you still got a Pokemon before the shutdown from another country, this Pokemon will yield higher shiny rates (they're still low, can be boosted by the shiny charm, but will still be a very low rate no matter what).The rate is always low because shinies are meant to be special, but with some luck, they are possible to find. I've found two shiny budew in Platinum before, and a shiny wurmple in Alpha Sapphire (gen 6 has higher shiny rates though).
How come I have no luck finding shiny Pokêmon in X and Y?
Well, to start out, I bought X back in November.I beat the game late December and by then, the only shinnies I had were from trading with others.I then deleted my save file and redid the entire game. On the second attempt at the game, it was a voyage to find as many shinnies as possible. By then I only had a few. But they were from trading, not from encountering. It really makes me upset. I want to find shiny Pokemon, but, the game won't allow me to do so. Am I victim to a glitch?Am I just very unlucky?Is Nintendo updating right now and disable the possibility of finding these Pokemon? I have a shiny Shaymin, Kyogre, Muk, Mew. They are from trading.
