In what episode of the vampire diaries season 3 do stefan and elena get back together?
In the last episode of season 3 Elena chooses Stefan over Damon. But they don't exactly 'get back together'. They actually get back together for a while in the beginning of season 4.

I've missed a lot of episodes, but the last one I saw was when Stefan & Elena break up because of Katherine. I'm wondering what episode they got back together in Season 2?

They get back together in Season 2, Episode 11, ("By The Light Of The Moon) towards the end. Stefan gets out of the tomb and goes to her room and they get back together and kiss :) Here are some of my favorite episodes that have my favorite "Stelena" moments: -Season 1, Episode 3-"Firday Night Bites" -Season 1, Episode 10-"The Turning Point" -Season 1, Episode 12-"Unpleasantville" -Season 2, Episode 6-"Plan B" (the beginning of it) Those are just a few that I like. **** WARNING SPOILER ALERT****After stefan has his humanity switch off Damon was a constant help to Elena. So she had some feelings towards Damon. After they got back Stefan Elena died and became vampire with Damon's blood in her system. As such she was siered to him and fall in love with him.But the moment when Damon gave her the necklace that Stefan had given her she falls for him being so selfless. She knew that Damon loved her and how much it'd hurt him giving Stefan's present back to her.

Does Stefan from Vampire Diaries ever go back to being good anywhere in season 3, what episode?
I am on Season 3 episode 3. I loved the good Stefan, and I loved Elena being with him. I am like seriously sooo sooo attached to the characters on the show, it is getting depressing, but I can't stop watching lol.. Will Stefan be good again anytime in season 3? What episode? Will Elena ever come back on The Vampire Diaries?
They have said they would like her back for at least one more episode before the show ends, but there is going to be another season after the current one so probably not this season. Even if it's just a flash back of her, they would like her back one last time. As of now there are no plans for doing this.
