Yes it is legal to shoot cats in the UK if they become a problem to the area , been searching and the only thing that appears to be against eating Tiddles is that if you purchase it as a pet killing ,cooking and eating Tiddles is frowned uponTiddles and his/her species are an unnatural disaster of murderous proportions as in the UK the average house moggy kills 10 birds a year which some believe is a low estimate, that is the ones that are fed by an owner and there are estimated to be 8 million of them .The feral cat population is around 1 million that is an 15 year old estimate they have no natural predators in the UK yet (they are contemplating whether to reintroduce the European lynx ,an even bigger moggy to control deer )I suppose you could eat the cats if you want not sure what cat will taste like but here is a supposedly true story from my step father . Many years ago when he was visiting family in Edinburgh they went to a Chinese restaurant and during the meal a man came in and slapped down a few dead cats and said “ You are not getting any more until you pay for the last lot “ , didn't end well for the restaurant or the man with the dead catsSo depending on the area and the moral compass of the eating establishment you could have eaten meat that you are not expecting to be served

It is illegal in most of the United States to kill any animals and sell their meat to anyone else without butchering them in an inspected facility. Be careful who you tell you are eating dog meat. Technically no. Dog and cat meat can be eaten but my question is, why? That is just wrong. Even if there is a religion where you can or need to eat dog meat, it is still wrong. Dogs and cats are pets and honestly more than that. If you are an animal lover and own cats or dogs, you see them as family. As with countries outside of the US, there is nothing that I as an individual can do.According to Wikipedia, there are 7 states that do not allow the consumption of dog meat. As for Canada, I’m not sure. And although some states allow the consumption of the meat, it is illegal for stores to sell it. So if you see it for sale, do not buy it.I have a problem when people eat animals that are pets. I know a country that will serve freshly roasted guinea pigs. It is wrong and cruel. However, I do understand that if dogs are the only thing available when you are hungry and need to survive, then that’s what you have to do. In some countries, dogs and cats are delicacies. Even the rich will eat this meat.

Unless you have really smalll turtles and the cat can swallow them full, the surely can't eat them, BUT cats are really curious and their paws are incredible pointy. They can seriously harm a turtle's face, shell or legs. Mammals and birds won't generally deliverately harm a turtle, but they (we) like to explore thing, especially if it moves. I had a temporary dog, and he wanted to play with one of my turtles, not as an object, but as another dog. He made the playing arch and jumped. Of course he didn't want to harm the turtle, but he could have hurted it.
