If you were a King/Queen, how do you imagine yourself in your kingdom?
My kingdom is modern with a classic soul. My kingdom is green. I know nothing more precious than the smell of grass and the shade of trees. Flower petals on the grounds. Very Tall pastel-colored buildings with carved details and huge verandas and wall-round windows. The buildings would be far from each other to allow air to get into the houses. No mass production. Everything is hand-made. Not anti-industrialization but pro uniqueness, being active, and less consumption. The most beautiful Mosques with sky-scraper minarets, huge round ceilings and huge chandeliers. Schools would look like the one in Harry Potter. Not necessarily the same style, but as enchanting. I'll live in a last floor in one of those buildings. I'll wake up in the morning, make breakfast, and go to work. In the morning i'll go out in disguise and inspect how everything is going. And at evening, i'll hold a meeting. Each meeting will include interested audience and one prominent scholar or figure who can teach us something we have never known. My kingdom is Islamic and will revive the Islamic "glories" with all the spirituality, love, science, conscience and hard work. No one is obliged, but most are in accordance. God's embracing presence will be felt so intensely everywhere, I don't know how, but we'll see.
How does a just and all-powerful god justify the suffering of children?
38 children just died in a Mexico day care fire. How much they must have suffered before they died! 150,000 children were washed to sea and eventually drowned in the 2004 tsunami. Can you imagine their terror? The Bible tries many explanations for suffering: - The prophets said the Israelites suffered because they sinned and turned away from God. And good people are just as likely to suffer as sinners. - Job suffered to prove his faith and allow God to win his bet with Satan. - Jesus suffered to free us God's punishment for our sins - yet we still suffer, and if we sin, we can still spend an eternity in Hell. - Revelations says suffering is caused by evil that God is apparently powerless to stop until the apocalypse. But none of these apply to innocent children. People even INCREASE the suffering of children in God's name: - Muslim proclamations against polio vaccination; - Catholic orphanage abuses; - Religious bans on birth control; Millions suffer and die every year, many through no fault of man. When He is needed most, to ease the pain of these little lives, why does God fail to act?
Is it normal to imagine strange things on a daily basis?
I'm male, 22 years old. My mind tends to wander and I imagine strange things like my hand coming together with a wall or myself sinking into the floor, or I extrude random objects, or see people split into multiple colors... lol. Although I see these things, I'm aware that it's not really happening. This especially happens when I'm really bored and doing something mundane like walking to class or I'm just observing others. I also hear voices... but they don't tell me to kill people and whatnot. It's like I'm able to talk to myself and respond as if I was talking to another person (but I don't imagine that the person I'm talking to is someone in particular) I know it's just me...When thinking about things that I should do, I alternate between the 1st person plural (we) and the second person singular (you), like if I were going to the bus I would say "let's" go to the bus or "we should do our homework" or sometimes just "you should do your homework." So, in essence, I wonder if I'm psychotic. lol, or if this is some natural variance. From my understanding it's not really a problem unless it interferes with your life. I don't find them intrusive. I actually like extra commenting and food for thought from myself and seeing strange manipulations of the physical world is interesting, too. I feel that talking to myself helps clarify ideas and seems to be productive. No, I've never done drugs. And this is a serious post. I'm not making it up.
What's the most powerful aspect to have in a chart?
1. It's such a cliche now, but Pluto is often associated with 'Power'. I imagine a person having Ascendant Conjunct Pluto to have an intense, powerful personality that does not go unnoticed. Pluto aspects to personal planets as well. 2. Hard aspects between malefics. Mars Square Saturn, for example, would cause defensiveness, which can lead one to be misunderstood in personal relationships. BQ: The aspect which intrigues me the most in my chart is Sun Conjunct Pluto, though I have yet to see anything substantial come out of it.
