What is ssvagent.exe and what it does.?

should be a update, is it a virus?

Ssvagent.exe message keeps popping up?

When I open up IE9, this shows up wanting to open up. I've googled on this and apparently it's coming from an update for SunJava, which makes sense because I did update my Java earlier today. So I was checking into to this to see how to get rid of it and it said to go to your Tools then Manage add-ons then Enable or Disable. Well, I got to "Manage add-ons" but I don't see Enable or Disable. Maybe because I have the most updated version of IE? I have IE 9. How do I get rid of this issue or should I update my java again or go back to the old version of Sun Java?

My programs don't work and a ssvagent.exe keeps popping up what do I do?

My laptop started going crazy when I opened up a new tab and then a window popped up saying that my laptop was being invaded or something (like it said that my stuff might go "public" or w/e) so I restarted my laptop to see if it would help, but it didn't. **I have to CONSTANTLY choose a default program for all of the programs I have (IE, Chrome, Firfox, Photoshop, iTunes, etc)

BUT when I got to my brother's account that's on my laptop, everything is fine on his but mine isn't :\

And when I get on mine, and click IE the "ssvagent.exe" pops up and I checked out some past answers about this and none helped because my "Manage Add-ons" isn't available on IE >_<

Can someone please help me? D: I'm really worried right now.

P.S. I don't know if this is PART of the problem - but I recently downloaded AC3 Audio thing for DivX because the audio wasn't working and then like 20-30 minutes later that whole thing I explained ^up there happened >< I quickly uninstalled the program to see if it worked but it didn't ;~;

PLEASE HELP ME!

Windows cannot access the specified device, etc?

I keep getting the error message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item."

This came shortly after installing an automatic update for Java, and I did not restart my computer right away when it asked, as I was in the middle of something else.

Now I am unable to open extra tabs in IE without getting this message. I'm even having trouble in Outlook opening e-mails without the message. I can't open ANY attachments. I can't go into Tools and down to Internet Options (nothing happens). I know that the problem has something to do with Java (specifically ssvagent.exe).

I'm not very tech savy so is there anyone that can easily help me without being too confusing?

What is Oracle America Inc and why does it keep asking me to update it?

I keep getting a pop up on my laptop to update Oracle America In, I don't even know what it is or why I need to update it, there was a virus on my computer a while back so I'm wondering if this could a virus?

Another tab keeps popping up on my laptop?

Sorry, but I am afraid you are either going to live with it or get Ad Block.

To use Ad Block, you have to use an internet browser that allows extensions such as Google Chrome or FireFox. From there go to the 'app market' (sorry don't know the official names) and find the extension AdBlock (There are a few of them but I have found this one to work the best in terms of efficiency). After that just follow the instructions that come with it and you are done! Keep in mind that in no way should you buy any software promising to speed up your PC or remove ads and viruses. There are many software out there that will do the same thing if not better for free. For example why pay $60 for some anti virus that does the same exact thing as AVG (my favorite free anti - virus).
