Is Managing Real Madrid A Priority For Top Coaches

Who is the most successful Real Madrid C.F. coach of all time?

The most successful manager in history of Real Madrid is Miguel Muñoz in terms of trophies. In his 15year reign, he won nine La Liga titles, two Copa del Rey trophies, two UEFA Champions League titles and one Intercontinental Cup. He was also the clubs longest serving manager.Coming to the new era,Zinedine Zidane's is definitely outpassing . Zidane as Real Madrid C.F. manager:90 games 68 wins ✅7 defeats7 trophies

Should Jürgen Klopp be appointed as the next Real Madrid manager? What are the chances that Klopp will be approached by RM over Mauricio Pochettino? Who will be better suited as RM’s manager - Klopp, Pochettino, or Luis Enrique?

Klopp? Not a chance.Real is exactly the kind of team that he has said he will not manage. Some people don’t like Coke and Pepsi. Being the biggest does not make your product right for everyone. Klopp likes cream soda and lemonade. He likes raising a team like it is a family. He is simply not the type of person to be told how to raise his family, which is exactly what will happen at Real. Moreover, he would have to adopt existing players and try to create a family uncomfortably quickly. That is not his style.Don’t tell me money. Klopp is on £7 million with undisclosed bonuses. Zidane was on £4.6 million last year, given a one-in-a-lifetime raise fo £9 million this year. If this were about money, Klopp would ask for a raise and would get it from Liverpool. Often people who do not have money think that every major decision should be driven by money considerations. Klopp has plenty of money. Finally, while he will never be anonymous, he has said several times where he appreciates not being subjected to stifling media coverage (like the media cover he would certainly receive in Madrid).More generally I might mention that there is a cult of personally surrounding Real and Barcelona that makes no sense to many people. Clubs are like cars. What is the best? Is it a Rolls Royce? It would never win the Monaco Grand Prix with it. Is it an F 1 racer? I would never drive it on the motorway for more than 10 miles. Is it a Land Rover? Perfect for off road, but a mistake in the city. Tell me which one is Real? Whatever is the “best”, Klopp wants a different kind of “best”.

Can Zidane's return change the future of Real Madrid?

Zidane achieved something that was never done before, he not only managed to win the Champions League in his first year, but then went on to defend the title and then went on to win it for an unprecedented third time, but what people forget to mention is he did it with Cristiano Ronaldo.Ronaldo on multiple occasions single-handedly lifted the Real Madrid squad and took them to victory. His scoring records in the last three champions league speak for itself:15 Goals in the Year 2017–201812 Goals in the Year 2016–201716 Goals in the Year 2015–2016These are some outstanding figures, and now with Ronaldo gone, Zidane needs to find a way to fill this gigantic void. In reality, this spell of Zidane is actually going to show how good Zidane really is as a manager. Last night with a Hatrick against Atletico Madrid, Ronaldo proved that he doesn't miss the Real Madrid, as much as they miss him, and Zidane has to find a way, to steer a Ronaldo less Madrid clear of the dumpster they have been adorning since the departure of the big man.Can he do it, time will tell, but for better or for worse, if currently their is one guy who can change Real’s fortune, it’s Zidane.

Since Madrid supporters demand attractive football, why are they not trying to hire Arsene Wenger, and are instead focussing on Carlo Ancelotti?

Real Madrid were supposed to be trying to sign Wenger during the end of the invincibles era but he declined. After that there really hasn't been much interest. One reason why this may be is that Wenger is not the first team coach, he is a manager of a football club. He controls every aspect of the club from important things like signing new players and deciding whether to offer contracts to existing players and this type of power was never going to be available to him in Real Madrid (Largely due to the political meddling). Carlo Ancelotti, on the other hand is a past hand at working under such political constraints, see AC Milan, PSG, Chelsea etc and has managed to be really successful under such constraints. So it makes much more sense for Real Madrid to go for the proven , dependable and most importantly available Ancelotti rather than Arsene Wenger.

What would be the first thing you do if you are now the manager of Real Madrid?

I would resign immediately and make sure Zizou comes back. Managing a club properly is nearly impossible for someone without experience. And if that club is Real Madrid, then I might not even last a week. First thing I would do is take all photos, autographs and merchandises possible because I’ll never know when I’ll be kicked out.Hypothetically, let me assume that I won’t be fired and Zizou is not available :( .First the transfers:The Theo Hernández deal seems to be completed, so that’s that.Keep both Benzema and Morata in the team for next season. I will persuade Morata to stay and will play him more. Why Benzema you say? Well there’s no better alternative. Lewandowski and Suárez won’t join. Ibrahimović is too old. It’s better to keep Benzema than waste money on Sergio Agüero and Aubameyang. Buying Mbappe right now would be a waste of money. Plus, let him perform for another season and then a decision can be made for 2017–18 season. For now, big Benz is a better choice.Offer Pepe a one-year contract extension. He mostly won’t stay, but still a small chance to make him change his mind.Sell James Rodríguez, Keylor Navas, Fábio Coentrão, Lucas Silva.Let Jesus Vallejo, Marcos Llorente, Diego Llorente stay one more season on loan at their respective clubs. Will bring them back in 2018.Loan out Enzo and Mariano.Buy David de Gea to replace Keylor Navas. I have nothing against Navas, he’s an amazing keeper. But de Gea is simply better in between the posts. Plus his distribution is far better than that of Navas. Now the Team build-up:I love how Zidane forms his team. I will mostly play in a very similar manner, i.e. giving rests to the stars frequently and alternating the play between 4–3–3 and 4–3–1–2. The small changes I will make to Zidane’s team are:Like right now under Zidane, Morata will mostly be used as a power-sub, but with much more playing time than he is receiving right now.I will immediately sub off Casemiro if he’s on a yellow and making continuous fouls. :pThe team has a mind-set of dropping back when in lead against the big teams. This invites pressure and this is the reason why the Madrid defense is way too shaky. Gotta motivate the team to attack more when in the lead. But honestly, I hope Zizou will continue to manage Real Madrid for many years to come. Surely he will become a manager as good as he was as a footballer, if given the time.#HalaMadrid!
