The young working class population is growing and also demanding. You should start approaching relevant authorities at police and municipal administration as they can guide you on the existing rules and how you can go about them. If possible try and make one of the officers from the municipal administration your partners and also get yourself well familiarized with the local Police Commissioners Office. You are good to go if you have backing and blessings of both :)PS: Obtaining a license for any innovative business is not as easy as filing an application. Uber or Ola still haven't obtained a license in India or at least in New Delhi yet!Advice: None of the startup founders have had it easy.
