Okay my teacher over exagerates a lot! So when someone is talking she picks any random person to get in trouble. And I was in trouble for doing absolutely nothing! I denied because I didn't do anything! So she said "Shut up,just shut it." And I was like "Woah sorry." What should I do? Is she even allowed to tell me to shut up?

So my friend and i were using american sign language during class and my teacher proceeded to yell at us and send us out in the hallway. She then told us if we signed again that she would give us a referral. It was not during a test or quiz, my teacher was just passing out papers. We have never signed during a test or quiz, but we have signed before in school. The assistant teacher said it was really cool that we know it. I am in high school

We might need some more context though - why are you objecting , how badly she needs a surgery, are you legally allowed to make a decision on behalf of another dependent ?But in the general case - her body = her choice. Staying with you is a her choice as well. And no , you can’t force that choice by power. You can (as you imply you did) try to blackmail someone into doing something you want. But this is both 1. illegal 2. immoral 3. immature. Imagine the reverse case where you want something done by surgery (voluntarily) and she objects ? Lets say because of religion you can’t donate a kidney to your child. Or can’t do penis enlargement. Or can’t remove appendix (and you die because of this). I hope get the idea … Right then she will be forcing a decision on you because “she will leave you”. How much that blackmail will be ok with you and will you quit in disgust or stay is your choice. Right now she might be thinking about her choice for her future that you might have forced …
My friend isnt allowed to do anything?
i have a friend who isn't allowed to do anything only sit in the house minding her siblings when her parents are at work and gets no rewards , shes 17 and shes not allowed to go anywhere. shes not even allowed a friend over if her parents aren't there! shes asks and shes not allowed and then ends up trying to sneak out and gets in trouble.she isnt allowed facebook either its as if her parents dont care about how she feels at all. her parents are much nicer to her siblings. shes is kind of rebellious in school and i think this is because she gets no attention at home. i really am worried about her and think that when she turns 18 she will go mad. what should i do to help?
My Teacher Took My Money? Is she allowed to do this?
(This is not my account BTW it's my older brother's who likes wrestling) Ok I was sitting in class in English next to my friend's at the back, I had between a £100-£150, And i was just counting how much i had to make sure how much i exactly had. While i was counting, she saw it and Quickly grabbed it out of my hand, i didn't know she was coming towards me as i wasn't paying attention. She took it and said "Thank you, you'll get it back after school" i was like "oh ****" and said "sorry miss can i have it back"? She said "No! after school!". The lessons finished until the end of the day came, I went to her class room and said miss can i have my money back please? she said not now i gotta go to a meeting in 5 mins, and then said you'll get it back on Friday! it was a Tuesday on the day which was 21/8/12 which 2 days ago. I was like WTF? I said "Miss i need it now? can u give it back?" she still never gave it, locked the room and went. I Knew where it was, it was in that cupboard, where she confiscated other stuff from other students, and knew i ain't gonna get untill Friday. The question is she allowed to do this? I Spoke to my uncle about it and he told me, that was theft, and she's not allowed to take it without my permission. She has no rights to. And said i should call the police for theft. And I Am gonna call the police. My uncle also said "whats the difference between a guy on the streets taking your money without your permission, and a woman who takes you money in class without your permission. It's the same thing right? I Had enough and i am gonna call the police . Is she allowed to do this? Please answer! Can't deal with this bullsh*t anymore, I Really need that money. If Any retired police or any police officials can answer this question then that will be great!

Hey I have a question In school yesterday I got in trouble for being racist towards white people. I was trying to impress my girlfriend who is also racist but Im the one who got in trouble. It turns out my girlfriend isn't "really" racist and told me I was being rude. I did all of this to impress her and she tells me that? It's like she was pretending. She doesn't like white people, yet said I was being a jerk. In class I was just messing with our teacher & talking back and she gave me detention. I told her I wasn't going, and she told me oh yes I was. Well after school when I was with my girlfriend the teacher immediately came and found me. It's like as soon as the bell ring the first thing she did was come and look for me. She told me I had detention & I told her I wasn't coming. She told me that I was and I told her to get lost. She asked me if she needed to tell my sister who goes to our school & I told her I didn't care. She told me she will tell my sister if she has to & I told her to go grade some papers or annoy someone else. Her face started turning red and she asked me if I had something I was suppose to do at home and I told her to not worry about it. She got mad & grabbed me by my back pack "strap" thingy that I had my arms in between & pulled me to the classroom. I asked her what is she doing & she wouldn't respond. I told her I could walk to the classroom & she kept on holding on. When we got into the detention room she let go once inside & told me to go sit down. Once I sat down she told me no matter of fact sit down right here which was a desk in front of her desk. I felt pretty embarrassed and felt 'weak'. I didn't even know she was in charge of the detention room. I think she scheduled to be in charge so she could see me. Is she allowed to do this? I wanted to report her but then I didn't because she'd probably bring up the racism. She didn't give me detention for being racist she gave me it for disrupting the class. I feel so embarrassed & weak. Like I've just been dominated. I skipped school today & don't know how to react in class. She told my sister who yelled at me for being an idiot & trying to make me apologize. To be honest, I feel too uncomfortable to apologize. I want to transfer out of the class, and just not talk again. what do I do? I'm not apologizing. oh, and only answer about what SHE did.
What are women allowed to do in the islamic faith?
First thing to understand, most countries with Muslim majority populations do not follow a strict interpretation of sharia law. Most muslims (an overwhelming majority) does not follow or even accept many laws which bar women from being equal to men. In any case, following are the laws (may or may not be applicable to all sects of Islam any way):1. A woman cannot be the leader of a country. Although there are examples of this (Benazir Bhutto, Hasina Wajed, etc) it isn't something endorsed by Islamic law. 2. A woman cannot divorce her husband. She will need to 'appeal' for divorce to a judge. A man however, can divorce without any such complication.3. A woman (and a man) is not supposed to mingle with the opposite gender except close relatives (son, father, brothers, father-in-law, etc.). That translates into serious issues in doing business/jobs but it isn't prohibited as such. 4. A woman cannot marry another person while she's married to one. A man can have four wives at a time.Apart from this, they can do almost everything a man can do. The thing to understand before criticizing Islam on this matter is that Islam was pretty progressive for the time it initiated - but obviously the rest of the world has progressed since. Muslims have also moved on, but there are considerable packets of opposition to the liberalization of faith in every society.
Pediatricians.. are they allowed to do this?
Okay, so yesterday I went to the doctors.. a special pediatrician one. The nurse was really nice but then when the doctor came in, I could tell she was going to be awful from the start. My mom explained to her about the aspergers, spd, somatization disorder, dysthmia, allergies, breathing troubles, gastrointestinal issues, and everything. Yet, when she was asking me how often I brush my teeth etc and I didn't answer because quite frankly my voice freezes up talking to strangers, she started telling me that it's rude not to make eye contact and answer when someone is talking to me in a really mean tone of voice. She also mentioned she knows I can talk because I was quietly talking to my mom from across the room when the doctor was in the room helping her answer some questions. A few minutes later when the doctor was trying to force me to talk, she started asking my mom, do you always talk for her? How is she going to get through life without talking for herself? (I can talk for myself when my voice doesn't 'freeze' up but honestly it was kind of frozen at that moment plus I didn't want to talk to her after that point). Anyways, after she left the room to do something I got off the bench thing they have you sit on and went and sat down in a chair next to my mom and told her I wasn't going to do the physical. I didn't tell my mom why, but honestly I didn't want her touching me. So when she came back in, she told me to sit back in the bench, and I shook my head and my mom said I didn't want to do it so the doctor was like fine, I'll do it in the chair. So basically she came over and started looking my ears, for one, she wasn't gentle, she basically shoved the little microscope or light or whatever they use in my ear and that hurt a lot.

Muslim women are not allowed to disobey a husband. As long the husband has imaan, good akhlaq and accordance with Islam law to be a husband then a woman is a must to obey him.3. Physical interaction between man and a woman is not permitted in Islam. U are not allowed to interact (touch) any other man or woman except for your own spouses, this scenario is applied for both the genders. (but some of muslim break the rules).4.Islam does not allow women any kind of eye contact (long time) with men because this contact is the first step to all the unethical feelings.5. One of the prohibited acts in Islam is lesbianism.. “Lesbian” is a term most widely used to describe lust and sexual desire between females.6. Wearing strict and cleavage clothing.7. Soft corner for na-mehrum In Islamic sharia legal terminology, a mahram is an unmarriageable kin with whom sexual intercourse would be considered incestuous, a punishable taboo. Current usage of the term covers a wider range of people and mostly deals with the dress code practice of hijab. Anyone who a Muslim, including women, is not allowed to marry is mahram, if they are of the opposite sex and have reached puberty. A partial list of what is considered a mahram can be found in Surah 24, Ayah 31, of the Quran.8. Islam forbids a woman to wear any such thing which can divert the attention of men towards her, stuff such as perfumes, makeup, jewels or very fancy clothes. if a woman wearing perfume passes by, then she will divert all the attention towards herself. A Muslim woman is not an object for exhibition but a symbol of respect.9. Going out with uncoveread head (without hijab) this is the important but some of muslim women didnt hear what Allah said in Quran to dress modestly and cover they hair with hijab/khimar.10. Muslim women is not allowed to do pray (salah), read Quran, perform umrah/hajj , fasting, and haraam to do s*xual intercourse during menstruation (haid).
