Is them sparkling ice drinks healthy or good for you?
Are they better for you than drinking pop? I'm trying to lose weight and plain water is boring so I seen them sparkling ice flavored water and was wondering if them are healthy or healthier

I have been searching around as to whether Sparkling Ice is healthy or not. In all of the posts saying it isn't healthy is because of aspartame, however, I cannot find aspartame anywhere on this label so I'm not sure whether it's healthy or not. Here is what the label reads as ingredients: Carbonated mountain spring water, natural flavors, golden kiwi juice concentrate, citric acid, potassium benzoate, green tea extract, sucralose, biotin 1% trit. (maltodextrin), niacinamide (B3), D-calcium pantothenate (B5), vitamin B12 0.1% (mannitol), vitamin D3, pyridoxine HCl (B6), yellow #5, ester gum, blue #1. Ideas?

No it is fineIt has no calories, no sugar. It is significantly better than either fruit juice or diet soda. It is orders of magnitude better than regular soft drinks and frappe beverages from the fast food joint. Yes, it is carbonated. NBD. Brush your teeth.It is probably not as great as plain water, coffee (you should drink 4 cups daily), or tea. Assuming those do not have any cream or sugars added to them. Also, skim milk is better assuming it is organic.I have no problem with flavored sparkling waters.

I bought I whole bunch of sprakling ice waters, they taste soooo good! They're 0 calories, 0 sugar, 0 sodium 0 everything! It's so hard to believe! and it has a lot of vitamins. Is it good for you? I could lose so much weight and never drink a soda again because of this thing I will be disappointed if its not as good as it seems.
