No. Well, not without mods. I use a mod called "The Woohooer" by Nraas. Yes, there is a cheat to do this. 1. Type in "boolProp Testingcheatsenabled true" Just like that except without the quotations. And make sure you type it into the neighbourhood view. 2. Hold down the shift key and then click on any sim. 3. Click on "Spawn" 4. Click on "Tombstone of L and D" 5. Then click on the new tombstone. There should be an option somewhere to either "make me pregnant" or "make me alien pregnant" Either of those options will be available, even if you are a male sim. So your male could have a human or alien baby. And also if you choose the "Make me pregnant" option, then you have to choose another sim to have the baby with, but whichever sim clicks on the tombstone should become pregnant. If you want to know the way to make your male sim pregnant without the cheat, you just have to stargaze with the most expensive telescope. But this will only result in an alien pregnancy. And it can take a long time.

You need a mod for this, that mod can be downloaded here, with the “Woohooer”mod you can implement all sorts of options, like getting a teen pregnant and other things which can make your game more “realistic” (?) like giving your sims sexuality’s, making them pedophiles (yes that is an option) and having the option to higher or lower the chance of getting pregnant, you can also get a “Risky woohoo” option where your sim might get accidently pregnant.But thats just a few other things you can do with it.This website also has a step by step tutorial about how to install it hereFor the rest, I think you already know that it’s impossible without mods, good luck and have fun playing the sims ^^

Go on edit town and move one of your sims out into another house. Then continue playing with your other sim as normal. Then put your other sim back in your house and try for a baby.
