You can, but you have to be sure that what you’re doing is a fair use. If you have the owner’s permission, you can do whatever you like. Otherwise, you have to be transformative with the content- for example, YTPs edit movies and other such things to make ridiculous conversations and jokes, combined with mindless editing. If you were reviewing, discussing, or critiquing the video, this is also fair use- just make sure that you’re only watching the parts of the video which are relevant, for example playing a quote you wish to discuss.DO NOT PLAY VIDEOS IN THEIR ENTIRETYMany ‘reactionist’ channels do this and it’s scummy as all hell. Adding yourself laughing at a video isn’t transforming the content. It’s theft.So, in short, get permission from the person whose video you’re using if you want to re-upload it or create some kind of small edit like a webcam etc.If you’re actually transforming the video into something else, for example by critiquing it or heavily editing it, then you should be OK. But then, YouTube’s copyright system is broken as hell so I’d tread carefully.

Why do the videos on youtube stop loading at the same place every time?
The videos that I watch on youtube and facebook stop loading at a certain point. For youtube, all the videos I watch stop loading before it reaches the middle. I can't watch anything after that. :( Please help me!!!!!! I use Internet explorer and I already tried deleting some stuff from the C drive.

How can I stop YouTube from playing the same 3 ads over and over again?
Omg I had this same problem with this one stupid commercial about a stupid hotel on the other side of the world. I have a Google account within my YouTube so I just went into it and changed my AD I'd and opted out of personalized commercials and it stopped. It wasn't getting commercials that was a problem but just getting the SAME FUCKING COMMERCIAL EVERY SINGLE TIME A NEW VIDEO CAME ON >8[ ….Long story short. I black listed the hotel. Will never travel…but..if I do….Fuck…that…hotel.
