That is impossible. The only English subber to Detective Conan is DCTP and they would only sub the original Japanese episodes. You will have to settle for DCTP's work or attempt to use a Chinese search engine and scower for the rare rare uploads of Detective Conan in Chinese dub. You'd have a better chance finding Chinese subs for the original episodes though.
