Is There Any Way To Prevent Curly Stomach Hair After Shaving

Should I shave my stomach hair?

I'm a girl, I'm pale and I'm fit. My stomach is covered in little white blonde hairs everywhere and it makes me self conscious to wear crop tops? I'm afraid if I shave it they'll grow back black, so should I just learn to love the hairs? I mean, they ARE blonde, but they're everywhere! Do people think they're gross?

Shaved stomach hair...bad idea?

Don't ever shave it. Use a bleach cream to make it lighter and less noticeable.

Is there any way to prevent curly stomach hair after shaving?

Just curious if there is any way to stop your hair from getting curly after shaving it.I'm talking about my stomach hair, it gets all long and curly and tangled instead of flat and straight

Should men shave there belly/stomach hair?

Not unless you have really amazing abs and want to show them off and the hair is getting in the way or doing that. Otherwise it just gets really prickly (yes even after waxing) which to me is a major turn-off and if you don't have spectacular abs you are trying to show off in the first place then it is also to me pointless, Some girls do absolutely hate body hair on men but for the most part we understand that most men have hair on their stomachs and accept that and some women even find it more sexy when a guy has stomach hair than not. As I'm getting older (I'm 23 now) I am finding myself more and more attracted to the guys that have it because to be it signifies that they are no longer a teenager. I have no interest in dating a kid that isn't even able to develop hair on his stomach so why on earth would I want to date someone who looks like he still is?

Should I nair/shave my stomach and lower back hair?

IF YOU’RE GOING TO ANSWER, PLEASE READ IT ALL.
When I first started shaving, I didn’t know that when you shaved, the hair grew back thicker and more noticeable. I had barely, I mean practically no stomach or lower back hair at the time but I felt I had to shave everywhere so I shaved it off anyway.
I only shaved it once or twice, so it’s not horribly thick but it’s definitely very, very noticeable. Years have gone by and I’ve avoided having to expose these places. But now I’m sick of it and really the hair gone. I’m a teenage girl.
What should I do? Should I just Nair/shave it off again, this time continuing to do so forever since it’s going to keep growing back?
DO NOT SUGGEST: waxing, bleaching/lightening, or laser treatment.
I need honest opinions and suggestions from people who have to deal with these problems themselves. Is shaving practically every time I shower worth it? How fast does it grow back for you? If I continue to shave my stomach/lower back, will the hair get thicker/curly just like a man? Ugh please help. :(

Should men remove their chest and stomach hair?

Its a choice to be honest Ofcourse it makes you attractive but only when you are gwilling to flaunt your chest. but if u dont feel like shaving them its fine that in no sense change you as a person :)Ok now coming to your question on my part I would say yes. I would definitely like a person clean with no chest hair but eventually if a person with clean chest isnt nice he’s not going to linger around me . So choose your decision wisely.P.S. Give it a try if u want if u feel great carry on every month or so or they will grow again dont worry.hope this helps u if u wanna ask more feel free to ask. :)

What can I do to prevent itchy razor bumps after shaving?

TOP 10 CAUSES OF INGROWN HAIRS:1. Too many passes with the blade. One pass, going 1-2 inches downward at a time will eliminate ingrowns.2. Too many blades (if you are prone to ingrowns you don’t need 3 or more blades)3. Pressing too hard on the skin with the blade. A gliding, light touch is all you need. This is likely your biggest issue. Follow #44. Not enough prep time. You should be using a warm/hot water prep (5 mins). Then leave the shaving creme on for more than 3 minutes to really soften the hair. The hair stubble should literally fall away with little or no pressure at all. Pressing is the problem! Be gentle ya'll.5. Using a used blade (this one is obvious, of course).6. Use of skin/pore clogging cremes or lotions. These keep hairs from growing up. After a shave, keep your skin bare; let it breath, and allow those newly shaved, really small, microscopic hairs to grow out just in time for the next shave.7. Not enough exfoliation to remove excess layers of skin. Use an exfoliation brush as directed.8. Shaving too many times. This rule is hard to follow especially if you have to shave for your career but if you are prone to ingrowns, try shaving with an electric clipper. The results are not super close but no one but you will know the difference.9. Shaving against the grain. Shave in the direction of hair growth (usually down, but perform a face map to be sure).10. Avoid tight fitting clothing around the Adam’s apple (neck) and/or below the waistline region.

What is the best way to prevent razor burn when shaving and what is the fastest way to heal razor burns?

Shave in the direction that the hair grows, instead of against the grain. This is only really important for guys with sensitive skin prone to burn and bumps.Shave during/after your shower, so the hair/stubble is wet. Or wet your face with a warm towel for a few mins before you shave. This is an important step. It opens the pores and softens the beard.Shave in the coldest water possible and close your pores back up before your skin gets irritated.Use a shave foam to make sure the hairs are lifted off the skin but don’t use too much. It just gets in the way and hinders the process in excess.Always use a sharp razor, make one pass, rinse the bland clean.Rinse your face in ICE COLD water. The more irritated you get, the colder it should be.Use witch hazel or aftershave afterward to help close the pores and minimize razor burn. This and the cold water rinse are important steps to help against burn.To heal razor burn use lite moisturizing lotions or even some hydrocortisone if it’s bad.More tips here- Razor Burn: Causes, Treatment, and MoreSome people are just prone to bumps when they scrape a metal blade over their skin. If you’re really prone to razor burn, and none of the above helps, then consider using an electric shaver. It’s prertty common among men with coarse and curly hair to have problems like shave bumps, razor burn, and ingrown hairs from shaving. In the military some guys were medically excused from having to shave as regularly. You might have to let it grow. Get a beard trimmer and keep it neat or let it grow for months until you look like a wild man. Your face will thank you. If you have a job that precludes having a beard then hopefully those tips will bring you some relief.

Is there a way to hide hair on your stomach?

My sister told me when I was younger that if I shaved my stomach it would be smooth but what she didn't tell me is that the hair grows back.

Now I have a treasure trail.
Do I keep shaving it or what?

I don't let anyone see my stomach because of it.
Guys might think I am gross and won't want to go out with me.

HELP!
