How to keep ants away from the house?
How can I keep ants away from the house, every time I see a whole group of ants in one area i start to get a rash. The first sighting of ants started in the bathroom around fall. Then ants started coming from all over the house. The household includes my mother, father, an 11-year old brother, and a 9-year old brother. What is my mother supposed to do and can use to keep the ants out.
How can i keep bees and wasps away from my balcony? Any suggestions?
I read of a natural way that helps . Take an empty plastic 2-liter bottle and cut off the top half ( about 4 inches from the top . Put a couple inches of soda in the bottom and invert the top of the bottle and place it back on the bottle upside down . If you need a little duct tape to keep it in place , that's fine . Any bees that show up will find their way into the bottle ; but can not get back out . Make sure the bottle stays in place without blowing over .
Help me figure out ways to keep the crackheads out of my yard and out of my garbage, please?!?
I live in a fairly nice neighborhood, but about 2 miles away is a pretty bad area of the city. Every single trash day, crackheads come into my neighborhood and go through everyone's trash. They make a terrible mess, as you can imagine! I'm trying to think of creative ways to keep them from doing it, any suggestions? I have already tried covering everything with mayonnaise, dumping tons of thumb tacks in there, putting my dogs crap bags on top, blowing the whistle every time one of them walks up, running outside and dancing next to them, and singing weird songs out the window at them. Seriously. My brother and I own a house together and work from home so we have lots of spare time, plus it's fun to act a fool sometimes. However, the crackheads remain unfazed and the cops won't be bothered with it :(
