Is This A Good Pokemon X/y Competitive Team

Is this a good competitive team for Pokémon X/Y?

Hello everyone,
I've been playing Pokémon ever since I was 4 years old (I'm currently 17), and up until now I've never done competitive battling, all I know is a little bit more than the basic Pokémon stuff, and I have no idea how to create a proper competitive battling team.

My best friend helped me create one, and I've been trying it out on Pokemon Battle Showdown.
Turns out, I get wrecked every time. It could just be my lack of skills since I'm still completely new to the subject, but I was wondering if it was my team, or just me failing in using the team.
If it's the team, could you maybe help me with replacements for certain Pokémon?

The team is:

Vivillon @ Focus Sash
Ability: Compound Eyes
Moves:
- Quiver Dance
- Hurricane
- Bug Buzz
- Powder / Sleep Powder

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Moves:
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Curse

Banette @ Banettite
Ability: Cursed Body (Mega Ability: Prankster)
Moves:
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Claw / Shadow Sneak
- Sucker Punch

Porygon 2 @ Eviolite
Ability: Download
Moves:
- Toxic
- Recover
- Tri-Attack
- Ice Beam

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Moves:
- Spikes
- Foul Play
- Flash Cannon
- Thunder Wave

Garchomp @ Life Orb
Ability: Rough Skin
Moves:
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

I'd really appreciate any honest and helpful answers.
Thanks in advance!

Is this a good competitive team for Pokemon X and Y?

Well these are all around good Pokémon to have in general, but in all honesty, you're going to get sweeped by defensive walls. None of your Pokémon can afflict status conditions, which is a huge advantage to have. This is really all I can say about your team until you give a list of your Pokémon's Ev's, Items, and abilities. Though I personally feel that, even with this information, and the most common forms of use for these Pokémon, I don't think you'll be able to deal with the more defensive teams. Rotom Wash is big issue I see coming your way. Stage hazards are also going to be an issue for you. So right now my recommendation is, revise your team, think of some walls, or otherwise bulky Pokémon who can set up stage hazards, and Status effects, that can also synergize well with the rest of your team.

Help with Pokemon XY Competitive Team.?

Team (so far):

Garchomp @ Choice Band

- Rock Slide

Aegislash @ Life Orb
Stance Change
Adamant (252 ATK /128 DEF / 128 SPD)

- Sacred Sword

Greninja @ Focus Sash/ ???
Protean
Hasty (252 SPA / 252 SPE / 6 HP)
- Scald / Surf / Hydro Pump / ???
- Dark Pulse
- Spikes
- U-Turn
(I don't know what item I should use or what water STAB I should use)

Forrestress @ Leftovers
Sturdy
Sassy (252 HP / 252 SPD / 6 DEF)
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes
- Volt Switch (still need to get the TM)
- Payback / ???
(I just need help on the last move)

Medicham @ Medichamite
Pure Power
Adamant (252 ATK / 252 SPE / 6 DEF)
- High Jump Kick
- Zen Headbutt / Fire Punch
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch
(Zen Headbutt or Fire Punch?)

I also need a 6th member. I was thinking something like a bulky Rotom Heat or Wash, a Blissey or something that has Will-O-Wisp (for crippling reasons). All my teams IV's are mostly 5's but I have Garchomp is a 6 and Aegislash has 4 (unknown SPA or SPE but they're low).

I just need opinions, and a little help. Thank you for time.

What are the top three best competitive Pokémons in Pokémon X and Y?

Assuming we restrict our choices to Pokemon allowed at OU(Overused) tier:The three best mons in competitive battling would currently be:1.TalonflameAt first glance, this Fire-Flying-but-not-Charizard Pokemon has fairly average stats apart from Speed, and would have its use restricted thanks to Stealth Rock chipping away 50% of its health every time it enters battle. However its saving grace is its ability:Gale Wings, which causes all of its Flying type moves to have +1 priority (think Quick Attack). What this means for Talonflame is massively powerful Brave Birds being fired at foes who might be much faster. It also has a strong Flare Blitz and good utility moves like Roost, Will-O-Wisp,etc.2.Rotom-WashOne of the five Rotom forms, this beauty is feared thanks to its Water-Electric typing and Levitate giving it a horde of resistances and only a Grass weakness. Its a versatile battler and can threaten to ANNOY with Thunder Wave,Will-O-Wisp,constant switching with Volt Switch or Tricking you a Choice item. Did I mention its mighty Hydro Pump?3.AegislashSomebody already mentioned it, so I'll just go ahead and rave about this monster:Pros:-Steel-Ghost dual typing so good, Gamefreak actually had to change the Steel typing's resistances.-Blade/Shield forms give it an effective Base Stat total of 720. You hear that? That's the sound of Arceus cowering in fear.-King's Shield is like Protect, but reduces your attack upon contact. So much for spamming your moves.-Brilliant moveset of Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Shadow Ball and so much more.Cons:-Its not Uber. Yet.My choices for the above are based on Usage statistics (Usage statistics for current month)as per Pokemon Showdown and my own personal experience.Honourable mentions: Mega Charizard X and Y, Skarmory, Blissey, Scizor, Heatran, Excadrill.

Pokemon X Team?

For the members of your team you have, your setup is pretty good. Froufrou's Adamant nature means it will have higher Attack than others of its kind and a lower Special attack. When you decide on moves, choose attacks that are Physical instead of Special.

Togekiss' Impish nature gives it higher defense and lower Special attack. While this will make it a tank against Physical moves, it's other major attribute, Special Attack, will be lower than normal. You can give it some Calcium to boost that a bit, but keep than in mind when you're fighting with it. DON'T use physical attacks with this one, as its attack stat is ****.

Ninetails is perfect. The Modest Nature gives it a boost to Special Attack, meaning it will destroy everything with that Flamethrower. That Sunny Day/Solarbeam combo is a nice touch, as well.

What are the best moveset for my team in pokemon (XY)?

So guys, I'm a REAL competitive trainer. I alwaaaaays want to win and destroy others, but it seems I can't win all battles in Wi Fi battles, I reaaaally want to win, I HATE LOSING!

so please suggest me some good natures and moveset, I'm ready to start from Lv 1 if my pokemons aren't good! (I've completed the game, I'm in the post game right now ;p)

My team:
1) Gengar (Poison, Ghost)
Nature: Naive
Moves:
-Dazzling Gleam
-Dark Pulse
-Hex
-Thunderbolt

2) Scizor (Bug, Steel)
Nature: Jolly (I'm satisfied with it, lol)
Moves:
-Sword Dance
-Pursuit
-Bullet Punch
-Air Slash

3) Gardevoir (Psychic, Fairy)
Nature: Timid
Moves:
-Dazzling Gleam
-Thunderbolt
-Magical Leaf
-Psychic

4) Hydreigon
Nature: Hasty (I know, it sucks)
Moves:
-Crunch
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Surf (since I have to surf sometimes)

5) Zoroark (Dark)
Nature: Timid (the best one, I guess ;p)
Moves
-Night Daze
-Focus Blast
-Flame Thrower
-Nasty Plot

6) Charizard (Fire, Flying) << I'm planning to replace him with a Timid Noivern
Nature: Hasty (It sucks, too)
Moves:
-Fly (I need to fly)
-Dragon Rage
-Fire Blitz
-Flame Thrower

PLEASE, help ;p

What's a good in-game team for Pokémon X / Y?

Pretty easy game with the exp share, so just use whatever your favorites here, but I’ll give some suggestions.Delphox:Yes, Delphox is probably the worst battling starter, but the other two downright suck against the gym leaders, so Delphox is the best in game option.Venusaur:Really solid choice that is great against multiple gyms.Doublade:It’s in ubers. In the gen where all the megas were introduced.Starmie:Excellent water-psychic type with bolt beam coverage. Stellar choice for a water slot.Heliolisk:No matter what, this thing beats siebold.Lucario:I know this is a second steel type, but they literally hand this thing to you, I mean come on, as if this wasn’t already the easiest game in the series.Other oprions include Gardevoir, Alakazam, Florges, Hawlucha, Pangoro, Snorlax, Crobat, Absol, Talonflame, Kingdra, Steelix, Cloyster, Lapras, Rotom, and Gengar. Would also consider the litany of dragon types available throughout the game. They’re all good.
