Is this statement grammatically correct?

Yes, but it would sound better using the word display instead of show, provided you're asking someone to display a specific time on a clock.

Display the following time on your clock.

Is this statement grammatically correct?

You actually answered your own question! Look in the second part of your example above..."He said something false ABOUT me."

Worth noting....
Different areas of the country often use grammer/words incorrectly. For example:
The correct past tense of lay is laid.
The correct past tense of lie is lay.

For example, "He lied on me" may not mean that someone said something false... It could man that someone laid on top on someone. In that case, the correct sentence would be, "He laid on me."

Hope this helps!
