Unfortunately, none of the previous answerers have hit the nail on the head. "Personification" implies that she's personifying an inhuman object, which Angelina is not. "Definition", similarly, is a bit more of a hermeneutic puzzle - if she "defines" generic character, she brings new meaning to it - which means, inherently, that she is different from it in some way. "Epitome" comes close, but it implies Angelina is the embodiment of some unobtainable quality - if you're the epitome of something you're more of it than everyone else. It can be used with kindness, for example - "Angelina was the epitome of kindness" - I don't think it works where you're using "a" something. The "a" implies that it's an article, an object; and "a generic character" certainly isn't a personality trait. Classic is the nearest any of these have got - yes, "classic example" works. However, I think the word you're looking for is "archetype". Literally means "perfect example of" or "the thing upon which all others are based". I don't think you can get any closer than that.
