Should I buy a authentic gucci belt for $180?
I would probably not get it - no one will really notice... Get one from the high street:) If you really want to get it though, it will haunt you!! So if your heart is set on it, get it i guess.. but i would advise you not to. As someone said above me, a belt is just a belt!

I live in Michigan and I am looking for a new Gucci belt must be 100% authentic but I am not really looking to pay retail price. I was wondering if anybody knew of a place I could get an authentic gucci belt for a fair price I am already aware of craigslist and ebay are there any other places?

my cousin gave me this gucci belt that he had for a year and it's the interlocking G buckle one that's beige and blue, everything looks real like buckle is heavy, feels and smells like leather, feels like good material with gucci printed on the leather with made in italy on it but the seriel numbers arent really the same as the one on the website like the first 6 numbers are right but then it turns to letters mixed with numbers and mines jus numbers thats different. it has three holes for buckle, what do ya'll think? he said he bought it last year.

Overpriced replica. That was like thirty five dollars to the owner, and want to sell it for 200, bahaha what a fool. I know how Gucci belts look, and that is a bad replica. Gucci belts never come in plastic bags. That model should have a square end, not a circular one. Those bags are the triple A quality replica. The belt probably has a pin. I dont think it even is real leather. The dustbag is one of the ugliest. Matter of fact, you should contact eBay and get this seller shut down, as he is advertising a replica as "Authentic." Real or fake GUCCI belt?

Replica. Four digits on serial number rather than six on the second set. ALL gucci belts ive seen have a six-six- two/three-two code serial number : Model no.-Store no.- Size in CM- size in IN. Also, box is waaaaay too small. Belt barely fits! Check some videos on youtube and the boxes you'll see allow the belt to have plenty of space to roll it as minimum as possible. Also, if they were to keep it brand new with box, why wouldnt they have the receipts? Its a little shady. Other than this, it is a 1:1 replica. Only thing that could make a person spot it as a fake would be the buckle tone, but only guys that truly know Gucci belts would spot it, and even them would have a hard time. Unless someone knows how to inspect it (serial number) it could be passed as authentic. The only thing is that youd be getting ripped off, as it is in the 200 price mark. This belt was probably around 80 dollars after shipping from Chinese factories. My only concern would be the durability of the item, but I dont know the quality of replicas. My advice is that you get the original thing if you can afford it, if you cant, look on youtube for replica quadruple A belts. Those are the same as the belt you showed us in this question. Guccis average is 325 a belt now that the prices have changed. The price diff is a lot, and honestly, if youre thinking about coated canvas, it is exactly the same. I dont know about leather, but usually LV leather is around 600 USD. He says youre not getting the price worth, but if you compare it to LV, the price is even more ridiculous for what youre getting.
