Is This Macbook Pro 13 Or 15

Macbook Pro 13 vs 15?

Soo, I need a new laptop because my current dell inspiron 1545 (2009) is falling apart and i need a lot of things replaced like the battery, a new ac adapter, and a lot of other stuff. So i'd like to make the switch to mac, Please dont say PC's are cheaper and better. I've decided on the macbook pro and ive been going back and forth with 13 and 15. I just don't know what to get. I'm a high school student, and I pay for everything I want myself. This mac is going to be used for everyday computing and minor video editing. I'm so used to my dell's 15 inch screen, so i keep reconsidering the 15 inch. Though, when i go to college in 3 years, I don't want to buy a new smaller laptop if the 15 inch is in good condition, so should i get the more portable 13 inch? or get the bigger, nicer 15 inch?

Thanks

13 inch or 15 inch MacBook Pro?

I'm at University at the moment and I prefer having a 15 inch. My boyfriend used to have a 13 inch but he too switched to a 15 inch. We both agree that the screen being wider allows you to manage many more windows at the same time without having a splitting headache! It's much clearer as well. If he youtubes a lot as well, the videos will come out great on a bit of a wider screen!

13 inch or 15 inch Macbook Pro?

Well, since you already have a powerful desktop PC, I would actually recommend the 13" macbook air. It has the same graphics, a similar processor, and there are youtube videos of it playing minecraft very well. In fact, since the Air has an SSD instead of an HDD, it is actually the more powerful device. It will start up MUCH faster, load programs faster and lag less, and minecraft chunks will load much faster (actually faster than any desktop can load them).

I'm a high school student too, and EVERY freaking person has a 13" or 15" MB pro because they see everyone else with one. Personally, I own a 15" HP, and it's almost too big for my backpack: the 13" mpb is more practical. My recommendation stands: the 13" Macbook air is a fantastic machine, and better than the mb pro. But the 13" pro would be good enough.

EDIT: I actually have a monster desktop, and a cheaper laptop with an SSD similar to the air. Sadly, the laptop boots MUCH faster (a few seconds vs. a minute or so), and the minecraft world loads remarkably faster. Just reminding you the air is better... cuz I know you want the pro like everyone else.

Should I get a MacBook pro 13' or 15'?

So I want to buy myself a MacBook pro (2015 model), but I'm confused as to if I should buy the 13 inch or the 15 inch. If I were to get the 13 inch, I'd upgrade it so it would have an i5 dual core 2.9 GHz processor with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB is storage. This ends up costing around 1900 dollars. If I were to get the 15 inch I can't afford any upgrades so it would be an i7 quad core processor with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage at around 2300 dollars. So which one is more worth the price? I'd be using the laptop primarily for school work (engineering major), music production, and some light gaming (civ 5, maybe sims 4) and I want it to last me throughout college. (Around 6 years)

Should I get 13 inch or 15 inch macbook pro?

I'm going to college, and so my family is planning to get me a new laptop. I'm torn between the 13 inch and the 15 inch. The smaller laptop is more portable, but the 15 inch has way better performance.

I'm not really concerned about its weight, but perhaps the laptop is too big? is 15-inch average size? Will it fit nicely in a college setting environment? I don't do crazy video editing, but I am a casual gamer. I like to play strategy games like civ 5, civ 6, and Hearts of Iron.

I know I will have less time to game in college, but when I do, I want to enjoy the experience.

Macbook Pro 13 inch or Macbook Pro 15v inch?

The Core i5 processor in the entry-level 15" MacBook Pro model is significantly faster than the Core 2 Duo in the 13" MacBook Pro models. The graphics processor is faster as well. For those who do a lot of gaming or high-end graphics work, a 15" model would be a better choice. However, for your needs -- document creation, music, photos and the like -- a 13" model would work well and it's your decision whether or not the larger display and extra performance is worth the extra money to you.
