Is Three Pops Or Soda Depending Where You Live Too Much In A Day

I work at a daycare and I need help on something!?

The daycare center offers the kids, on a daily basis, opportunies to purchase junk food at snack time. Most of the parents prepay or they send their kids with a buck to get fizzy drinks, laffy taffys, airheads, tootsie roll pops, and potato chips. The kids are offered sandwhiches and water, but alot refuse because they know they will get the junk food.

Then my kids are wild for 2 hours on their sugar rush and then cranky after it wears off. It's against state regulations for them to have that amount of sugar.

I haven't been working there that long, but I have worked for several years in other centers. I am afraid to say something to my boss or even mention changing to healthier snacks because either I will get yelled at for playing "director" or fired.

So what do I do and how do I handle hyper kids?

HELP! I am addicted to freeze pops and I cannot stop eating them.?

Actually they aren't that bad for you. Enjoy them. Buy them by the case. It's fun. You only live once.

Throat pain while drinking soda?

When I drink certain sodas (or depending on where you live... pops lol) my throat will hurt a little bit due to the high carbonation and such.

Now I was wondering, could this be acid reflux and if it is should I see a doctor about it?

Also, I haven't drank as much soda as of late, so could it also maybe be that my throat just isn't as used to it?

I drank soda every day for the past year. Should I have been dead by now?

Everybody is different. Soda definitely isn't going to kill you. If it could, then it wouldn't be on the market as a foodstuff. There was a recent story on the news about a 104-year-old woman who consumed three cans of Dr. Pepper daily. While she attributed her longevity to the soda, I would attribute it to other factors. However, this should indicate that daily consumption of soda is not going to kill you, at least in the instance of this woman. In fact, most foods do not kill people, but rather the effects of consuming the foods irresponsibly. You can't consume fried, salty foods and chase them down with soda and have chocolate cake for dessert and expect to live to be one hundred. Balance your diet, exercise, obtain an adequate amount of sleep (at least eight hours per night), and you can eat or drink anything you want - in moderation.

Can u still drink green tea while pregnant????

Green tea is okay - it's not a "herbal tea".

Like the others said, just limit your intake to something reasonable, like 3 cups a day max.

Do the preggie pops or ginger pops Really work for morning sickness? And how is the taste?

I love my preggie pops! They really helped me out a lot. Also, try preggie drops, I find I like those better. I love the taste of most of them. I don't really care for the ginger one, but the rest of them I like. They taste just like sucking on a regular piece of candy. I bought mine at Babies R Us. You can also get them at motherhood maternity store, but mine doesn't have a wide selection of them, and they are a little more pricey then Babies R Us. Also, check Toy R Us if you have a baby section, I'm sure you can find them there. I think I'm going to start buying mine on Amazon, since they will ship in bulk (yep, my morning sickness is that bad!) and it's cheaper. I suggest buying some in your area, then if you like them, then do amazon. Good luck!

Using "repHresh" and a Monistat pill at the same time?

is this okay? i hope so because i just did.

i was at school 4 or 5 days ago, got my period really heavy and all i had available was a tampon already opened at the bottom of my backpack covered in crumbs, dust, dirt... i wiped it off good as i could but i knew i shouldnt have used it because it was pretty dirty. (not used though.)

now a few days later i dont have my period but have a grayish 'cottage cheese' discharge, so i used a monistat insertion pill as well as rephresh

thoughts??!
