Isit Legal To Be Kicked Out Of Village Hall

Is it legal to sell glow sticks at a carnival or fair?

Your question is a difficult one to answer. There is no clear cut and dry "yes this is legal or not". Your city may require permits or licenses for you to be a street vendor (selling on public property). If you sell on private property you can usually do this without anyone else's permission so long as you collect sales tax and send it to the state. Some areas still require you to have a commercial business license or permit.

Respect the fact that the carnival will probably be vending their own in an attempt to make money off of the venture. But if you are allowed to (simply call the village hall and ask about the permits) then have at it. www.windycitynovelties.com has a great selection of vending items at rock bottom prices.

A community hall built by a community in a village is legally bound to give that hall to any other community? What does the law say?

No, they are not legally bound to give that hall to anyone, if they want, considering that they have not taken any grant from the government or any government body, or they don't have any control over the hall, you can refer Article 12 of Indian Constitution, soo many cases are there.Plus Article 15(2) also states that, "places of public resort maintained wholly or partly out of state funds or dedicated to the use of general public. These terms State funds, General Public matters. Check these things.

Is it illegal to watch two movies with one ticket?

I worked in theaters for years when I was younger, and I'm a lawyer now. What you're talking about is also usually called a "double feature" by theater staff; it's been so long since real double features were common that most theater staff won't know another meaning of the term.I can't speak for any other state, but in Virginia it's a misdemeanor known as "defrauding an innkeeper." It could also be trespassing or petit larceny. In reality you're just going to be asked to leave. Unless you really make it a habit, in which case the odds are good that you're going to meet a cop who's probably going to ask you to leave and tell you that you've been banned from the premises for some extended period of time. And that's assuming they catch you - with hundreds or even thousands of individual patrons coming and going it's tough to recognize anyone in particular. The assigned seating schemes many US theaters are adopting and ticket checks at the doors of individual theaters help, too. If the theater personnel know how many tickets were sold and where, or they're checking tickets to see whether someone has a ticket to this show or just another movie earlier in the day, it's pretty easy to catch the guy taking in a double feature.

Is it actually illegal to movie hop in the US? Can you be jailed for theft?

Technically, it’s stealing. What happens in real life is you get kicked out if you get caught, maybe banned from the theater. There was a group of kids once, though, that got themselves into real trouble. They figured there were a dozen of them and only a couple doormen, so they just ran into the building past the startled doormen, then ran into several different shows. If they had stopped at that, they would have gotten away with it.But they went full-on moron.First the kids ran by the concession stand, grabbing drinks and popcorn from customers who had already paid for it. Then they charged into the shows.Running into the movies, they were running around and yelling at full voice, ruining things for the paying customers. The projectionists heard the noise, and stopped the films and raised the house lights in all the affected theaters. The kids timing sucked too.We used police for parking security, and two cops were visiting the guy on duty. They called it in and in less than 5 minutes we had a dozen police officers (this was because the idiot kids were yelling so loud that police were afraid it was going to get violent). With the house lights up, the paying customers quickly pointed out the intruders, and the customers whose food they stole also identified the little jerks. The two cappers? All of the teens involved were teenage girls, from well-to-do families, and at least three of them threatened to have the arresting officers fired (the always popular ‘my dad will get you fired’ gambit). So, instead of a free movie, here are the consolation prizes the little jerkettes earned:Misdemeanor Theft (2 counts each, one for the movie and one for the food)Assault (attacking customers to steal their food)Disorderly Conduct (1 count each)Resisting Arrest (1 count each)The police did not charge anyone with threatening their job. I was told the judge handling their case set bail at $5,000 per defendant (largely because their behavior in court did not improve from their behavior when arrested), at trial they all pleaded no contest, received probation and no jail but a $5,000 fine apiece and a restraining order to stay at least a quarter-mile from any mall or cinema in Harris County for five-year period.

Can you rate my clash of clans village?

My tips would be.

1. Put your town hall inside and put all resources-unrlated buildings outside.
2. Put your defense buildings such as mortar, archer tower, mage tower etc as closest as possible to the town hall and resources (especially gold storage).
3. Upgrade your mage tower as high as possible, since its damage is amazingly high and can stun the enemies even for a bit.
4. Put your mortars inside, since it can't attack the enemies that are close to them.

That's it I guess

Is it illegal to bring outside food into a movie theatre?

Thanks for A2A.I cannot think of anything illegal about bringing your own food and drinks into a cinema. At one cinema that I have attended, it is linked directly to a Macdonalds, so when attending movie marathons, it is very common to see people carrying in Macdonalds’ food and drink as opposed to popcorn after an intermission. In one case, when planning a fan-based activity around such a marathon, I rang the cinema ahead of time to ask permission to take in alcohol and champagne flutes. I was told that the alcohol was in breach of licence and that the champagne flutes had to be plastic for safety reasons. As long as the flutes were plastic*, there was no objection to our bringing in our own bottles of “sparkling” apple juice. Yes, the bottles were also glass, but not as likely to be broken as fine crystal.* It’s so hard to find quality imitation plastic these days!It is true that many cinemas depend on food and drink sales to sustain profitability, but have you ever wondered why it’s almost exclusively popcorn? It’s easier to sweep or vacuum up! If you’re going to smuggle KFC into a cinema, the owners aren’t going to be very happy if they find sauce and coleslaw slopped all over the floor.I’ve never heard of an Australian cinema ejecting a patron over food items, only unruly behavior that disturbs other people.

Are ferrets considered to be rodents? Are they legal in TX?

No, Ferrets are NOT RODENTS, they are part of the same family as Skunks and wolverines because they have very strong musk glands. This also includes Minks and according to my husband he thinks otters and badgers may also fall in this category. They are in the Mustela Family ( where you do genus, family, etc for biology) and are closely related to the Polecat or Weasel. All of this came from my husband who owned a Great Ferret named Spike for many, years before we married. He even Trained Spike to walk with a Harness and leash so he could take him with him to most any place he wanted to. They are a LOT of fun, playful, curious ( very Curious if you don't want them in your silverware drawer or dishes better find a good lock that causes the door/drawer to stick tight or they will find a way to squirm in and play.
You can purchase Ferrets from PetCo or Petsmart or any reliable breeder here in TEXAS ( I know for a fact the PetCo in Conroe has them as my husband loves to play with them when we go shopping there and so do I.)
You can have them De-Scented, IE: their scent glands removed; although they will still carry the musky smell it will be no where near as strong as when they had their scent glands. They can be Litter Trained, love Cat food and even many cat toy's too. I say if your going to get one, go crazy and get two; they are a lot of fun in pairs, especially when playing!! Just always remember if you have any kind of chair or furniture that reclines or pulls out to ALWAYS check for your furry friend BEFORE YOU SIT *lol*.

How can the HOA kick you out of your house when you own it?

How can the HOA kick you out of your house when you own it?Your HOA cannot directly kick you out of your home. There is a bit of a legal process. The HOA can do this because while you own your home, the HOA owns the neighborhood in which your home lives. That means you are responsible to pay dues to the HOA which controls your neighborhood. If you break HOA rules, you may get fined. If you fail to pay fines or HOA dues, the HOA can put a lien on your house for the dues and fines and lawyers fees owed. You cannot sell or refinance your home until that lien is paid. And if the lien goes unpaid for long enough, the HOA can choose to foreclose on that lien, which means that the home will be sold to pay the outstanding liens against the house. You must, as a homeowner, maintain your financial obligations that you agreed to when you bought your home. Remember that stack of papers you spent an hour signing (and you never knew you could sign your name that many times)? One of those was the covenants on file with the City which says that you agree that the HOA runs the show in your neighborhood and you have to play along or face financial penalties. You also agreed that if you don’t pay, the HOA can take what you owe out of the cost of the home. You agreed that the HOA would be the primary non-mortgage lienholder, and could use your house as the collateral for unpaid HOA debts. The bank may be the mortgage lienholder, but the HOA is usually the first non-mortgage lienholder in line behind any mortgage liens. So even if you’re paying your mortgage on time but you fail to pay HOA dues or fines, you can still have a lien foreclosed, and you can be evicted and your house can be forcibly sold in a foreclosure sale to cover what you owe.I oversaw two foreclosures for failure to pay HOA dues and fines during my tenure on our Board of Directors. It’s a very lengthy process, but we worked as closely with the homeowner as they would allow. In one case, we worked out a payment plan with the homeowner which allowed him to stay in his house. In another, the homeowner simply wouldn’t play nice at all. Tangentially, he ended up going to jail on a DV charge. A real sweetheart, that one. We threatened to foreclose, and while we were preparing to file, the bank decided to foreclose which meant we got paid without paying for the foreclosure. Phew.
