Legal Action Against Me For No Payment

Will eBay take legal action against me?

I got an email from eBay:

We've reached out to you on numerous occasions regarding the unpaid seller fees that are due on your eBay account. To date, we have not received your payment.

Your account is now suspended. This means all of your current listings have been removed and you can no longer list new items on eBay. In short, you can no longer sell (and earn money) on eBay. To avoid further collection activity, such as: possible referral to a collection agency, credit bureau reporting and/or legal action, you must pay the amount you owe immediately.

I can't pay.

For one, my PayPal account that I used to make the account is frozen.

For two, they removed my account. And I can't login.

Will they really take legal action against me? Or is it a bluff? How can I pay if my PayPal account is frozen and my account doesn't exist anymore?

In Pennsylvania, what legal action can be taken against my employer for consistently bouncing pay checks?

I have been working for my current employer (a retailer) for almost a year. In the last 6 months, I have had at least 5 paychecks bounce. Not only is this a huge hassle, but I know that it is illegal. At the moment, I am out over $1500, which I CANNOT afford. For the 1st couple of bounced checks, I was issued replacement checks, & had no problem depositing them. Then, in July, everything went down hill. My pay dated 7/2 bounced, I had to wait until 8/2 to receive a replacement check. I have just received word from my bank that the replacement check bounced as well. I also need compensated for checks dated 7/30, & 8/13. On top of all of this my last pay was POST DATED! And, I have heard from everyone else that theirs still bounced, so I refuse to deposit this. As I've just mentioned, I am not the only employee to have this problem. I; unfortunately, am out the most $$, though. My district manager told us to not make any deposits until we have accumulated enough $ to compensate ourselves. That will take FOREVER! However, we don't want more bouncing replacement checks either. We work for a corporation that is individually franchised. The man who owns our location owns 2 others. This problem is occurring at all 3 of them. He lives out of state, which makes it even harder for us to get through to him. Each time we do, he has a new excuse. We are sick of hearing it & want to know what we can do & what exactly our rights are. Sorry for the lengthy question. Believe it or not, that was the short version!

Legal Actions Against Sexual Assault?

Hi. I'm in college and my new girlfriend just told me recently that her ex boyfriend sexaully assaulted her (rape); he held her arms down and covered her mouth...This is obviously the reason that they broke up. Her parents only know that it was a bad breakup and still think she has no sexaul experience whatsoever.
She was too scared at the time to do anything, and now she just wants to let it go. Her parents are religious and her life would be messy if she says anything now.
I know who he is, and I'm thinking about talking to him and recording the conversation. If I get a confession out of him, is it enough to take legal actions? The actual incident happened a year ago so there is no physical evidence. And of course she would be the one who has to sue.
Please help me with this. It's hard for me to see him around campus without punching him.

Should I pursue further legal action against my student loan?

Hello! I graduated from a 4 year university this past May. I was on academic and athletic scholarship and was under the impression that I was not paying for my school because of all the scholarships. I began receiving emails in October 2018 from Great Lakes (loan company) saying that my first loan payment is due in a few months (Dec 2018). I had began receiving emails from Great Lakes back in 2014, but just thought it was a loan company trying to get me to take a loan out through them. Whenever I attempted to log in, it said no account found. I also had never even heard of Great Lakes and neither had my parents.
Turns out, 4 separate loans totaling $27,000 were accumulating under my name. I had never, not once, received notification that these loans were being taken out or were re-occurring. I went back to the site, made an account, and logged in for the first time in 4 years to this surprise. I went back and checked the Master Promissory Note (MPN) and I did electronically sign it. Also, in my university's financial records, the loan is clearly stated for each semester. I just was not aware what it was. I am fine with paying back the loan, but I am pissed that this was a complete surprise and I never not ONCE received anything from Great Lakes making me aware of these loans. I didn't even know Great Lakes was the provider.
My main question is: Do you think I should pursue further legal help regarding the lack of notice and disclosure of the loans?
