My sister is an international student and she wants to work as a waitress to support her tuition. Should I let her use my ssn to apply the job? I know it's illegal but there is no way I can help her other than that, she's my only sister and i trust her. Just wonder if anything bad would happen to both of us? Thanks

Is it illegal to work with some one else's social security number?
Yes it is a felony and hopefully the employer has e-verify and checks the number. It is also a felony to hire an illegal alien. We understand that this illegal is already breaking laws and you are asking if it is okay to aid him even more.It is also a felony to aid and abet any illegal alien. I hope you understand when he is caught, he will be deported as marriage or kids will not stop deportations or give him legal status. And if caught with your Social Security card, you will be the one serving time.
Letting my brother borrow social security number and name for employment purposes?
My older brother needs to use my name and social security number for a job that he would like to get. He has a felony (just drinking and driving) so he wants to use my name and social security number in order to find a decent job. Please give me an honest humane answer. My parents are very sick and constantly in the hospital. We are having a terrible time paying bills. This opportunity for my brother will help the household financially. My brother is a good person but had bad luck and made some dumb decisions on the road which led to his drinking and driving. My parents are unemployed. I have an entry level job. We NEED money. What can happen if I end up giving him my information? I know he would never steal from me or use my license. We have had that mutual agreement years ago and he has been cooperative so far. I am sure he will comply with that agreement of not stealing or using my driver's license. He just needs it for a job just until he cleans his record up.

Does anyone know if another person can use your social number with your permission? I have a buddy who came here illegal but his half brother is a citizen. ok His half brother let him use his social to open a bank account under his name but his brother social, can you legally do that with your permission? heres' the other part of the story, he applied for a work permit and he obtained it. NOW he got a social since he lawfully legal in the states so what he want to do is update his info with the bank but hes does not know how to? any body have any suggestions? What do you do when a family member asks to borrow money?
According to me, I don't borrow people money I rather give if have to give or support!But honestly nothing is wrong to borrow your family members money to set themselves up, but you have to put so many things in consideration, will the money you are to borrow your family member not going to be a stumbling block to your relationship?This things are very vital to look at before you think of borrowing someone your money!As for me, I love to protect my relationship with others and anything that may result to conflicts between us , I keep away!I dont know how to ask people for money and if the person is unable to pay I wouldn't like to be pest on the person when I likewise need the money! Not everyone you borrow money would understand your need for your money and they could take it personal!So in this reasoning , I have learnt to do away with borrowing people things I would rather give people money and I know I expect nothing in returns from them than borrow them!If perhaps I can meet up with their offer of money they requested to borrow, I could give them part of the money to support if I have.If it is emergency that does with life, exam anything very reasonable and convincing, if I have I can sacrifice almost what I have to assist not all!I think wisdom is prominent!Hope this blessed?I don't borrow people money as a principle at the motive to protect my relationship with people.
