Losing 70-80 pounds in 120 days?

I'm planning to lose 70-80 pounds by Dec, which is 4 given months of dieting and hardwork. (120 days starting day 1)

When i wake up, i eat 2 scrambled eggs with a little rice.
Everyday i run 4 miles and 4 miles on the elliptical machine on my gym.
For dinner, i eat 2 canned hot and spicy tuna with no rice.

I don't get hungry with this diet but at this rate, i will reach my goal After 4 months of continuing right?

How can I lose 80 pound in 12 weeks?

I can't guarantee an 80 pound weight loss but often weight doesn't reflect you're body inches do!
I advise you to weigh yourself and take your waist measurements etc.

If i do this plan, will i lose, 4-5% body fat, in 50 days? my body fat now is 10%.?

ok so i wake up , and eat 3 cups of egg whites, with spinach, and 1protein drink( drink has 5 carbs, 160 calories and 0 sugar. then i go to school, and have class. then i have for lunch, 2 wraps( whole wheat tortillas, 0 sugar, 120 carbs each, and 18 carbs each.) the wraps have either baked chicken, (skinless) red meat, or lean turkey meat, with tomatoe, and lettuce. and 1 piece of fruit. then i get home and run 4.5 miles to get to the gym, i workout with weights. then i run another mile to get back home. then the next day i eat the same things, possibly a little diffent but still healthy. but instead of running and going to the gym, i do insanity.(im on day 57 but im going to keep doing it for another 63 days.). but yeah instead of running and going to the gym, i do insanity. doing the running, i burn about 750 calories. doing insanity i burn about 600. so how many calories should i eat to lose some fat? i weigh 122 and height is 5,7but i still have some body fat, that i need to get rid of. since i was overweight, all of my life, will it take a while to lose 4% of my body fat? i have 10% body fat as of right now. if i continue to do what i said, eating and exercising with insanity one day, and running and gym the next, will i lose 4-5 % body fat in 50 days? thank you

Hi Neetu,Only walking or running will not help. You definitely need to take care of your diet.The most important aspect of weight loss is to eliminate foods that increase weight and to include foods that help in weight loss at the sane time not being deficient in anything.The best thing would be to get a nutritionist do the job for you.
