Mayweather Vs Maidana 2 Who Will Win The Rematch

Mayweather vs Triple G Who wins?

Triple G would f him up. You can offer the miniature man 300 million and he still wouldn't take that fight. The funny thing about Floyd, is he was willing to move up to 154 to fight De La Hoya if he came back, but refused to do the same for triple G. Little puss!

How do you think Mayweather or Pacquiao will win on their May 2 scheduled fight?

As shrewd as a fox Mayweather can simply run, defend himself from left hook, do some accurate job and earn some boring points round after round that's his classic way to protect "his zero" and boost his own flatten ego. However, the Pacman can go onto 12 rounds onslaught and bait The Money to a psychological machismo something Cotto able to do, an unguarded face from straight left jab can put Floyd out from his shell and expose himself from combination like how Mosley achieved. Those other boxers run out of power and intelligence to pin Mayweather down like how Maidana or Hatton  prolong their chances, good news is Pacquaio corner are ready and entirely a different prize fighter unlike all the previous 47 others.(not one came close to Pacman achievement in the ring). In the end the "good" gentleman from Philippines will able to crack and likely destroy the bad-ass wife beater cum racist Mayweather before round 8. Whatever it will be a close decision if it will go to distance, for either of the two and can still go to a rematch as the public will clamor for decisive victory. Super mega fight of the century is not a far fetched. Mayweather win is still one shy away from Marciano's record (thoug  half way from Julio Chavez 87-0) while Pacman probable  lineal undisputed crown will put him into boxing constellation with group of 5-9 star pattern symbolizing the weight class he earned to become boxing immortal.

Given that Pacquiao may now fight Mayweather in a rematch, should Amir Khan attempt to fight Terrance Crawford, Errol Spence or Kell Brook next?

So Amir Khan — based on my observations — has a similar head problem that I find in David Price. They take a shot on a certain side of their face — Khan and Price it’s the left — and they go down. That's going into a bout with what I believe is a medical issue. I just need to say that — Khan probably shouldn't be boxing, but I'd imagine, he's got doctors and stuff that have cleared him, but that can't be good.Anyway, I see Crawford, Spencer, and Brook as a step down for Khan. His boxing ability far surpasses all of them. That's not to say they can't defeat (though unlikely); it is to say, I don't see them being much of a challenge.Crawford and Spencer are bangers. In other words, they throw hard shots. You don't see a lot of boxing talent. It's mainly toe-to-toe type stuff aiming for the head with mix of body shots. Well, if you're boxing Amir Khan, you need to do more than that. First, you have to catch him. Second, when you catch him, you have to cover up to guard against the barrage of shots. Third, you have to catch him again. His last bout against Vargas was pretty good. He made a few mistakes that I believe could lead to his defeat at the hands of Crawford, Spence, or Brook (or them all). If he must suffer a defeat, better to do so at the hands of legends like Pacquiao or Mayweather. A Khan bout opposing Crawford, Spence, or even Brooks is isn't that exciting (it barely raises one's curiosity). To the question — if he has a choice, no. The risk is too high. But, if he has to, Kell Brook would be the quality bout. If he has to deflate the egos of Crawford or Spence, he'd need to perform as he did in Khan v Peterson. King Pete [Lamont Peterson] struggled against Khan[1] and lesser opponents like Crawford and Spence would struggle more (if the Khan that appeared against Peterson appeared for the other bouts). That Amir Khan is a beast.Footnotes[1] HBO Boxing: Khan vs. Peterson I - Flashback

If Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fought, who would win?

Floyd Mayweather wins this fight. This match involves the best two pound-for-pound fighters in the world. Most people assume that makes this a tough fight to call. I beg to differ. As the old boxing saying goes, "styles make fights."  Floyd Mayweather has a style that has not been figured out in 42 professional fights(43 after the Cotto fight on May 5th) He is a defensive specialist/counter puncher, who is extremely tough to hit. Floyd has been hit solid a handful of times in his career. He has only been dazed twice. The first was by Jose Luis Castillo. The second was two fights ago versus Shane Mosely. Against Mosely, Mayweather responded by dominating the rest of the fight.Floyd's counter punching style is what Manny struggles with the most. It was no more evident than in his last fight against Juan Manuel Marquez (Floyd won every round against Juan Ma). Marquez controlled major portions of the fight by just responding to Manny's agressive style. Ringside experts were 50/50 on who won the last Manny/Marquez fight.Manny does present a few challenges for Floyd. First of all, Floyd has never faced anyone with the speed and power of Manny. Floyd will be able to deal with the speed because he is just as fast and his reflexes on defense are impeccable. Manny's power is his only real chance to win this fight. He would have to stun Floyd and finish him off with combinations(HINT: Not going to happen). Floyd's advantages:Weight - Floyd has fought at welterweight for over six years. He is accustom to the weight class. Manny started his career as a light flyweight(108 pounds!).  Defense - see above.Work Ethic - Simply put, Floyd Mayweather works harder than any other boxer. He is afraid to lose his undefeated record. He uses that fear to push himself. Manny works just as hard, but the problem is he has two jobs. Floyd does not have to look after a section of people in his home country. Manny is easy to hit!Manny's advantages:Power - He might have moved up a million weight classes but the man still packs a powerful shot.Corner - Freddie Roach is the best boxing trainer in the world and the sport's biggest fan. If anyone can come up with a plan to beat Floyd it is him. In closing, I will breakdown the entire fight with two lines.Manny gets hit all the time. Floyd never gets hit.Pretty simple if you ask me. Mayweather 116-112

Who do you think Mayweather will fight next?

Against Marcos Maidana, rematch fight on 13th September @ MGM Grand, Vegas. Probably the most anticipated fight in the second half of 2014.

Why is Marcos Maidana underrated?

Primarily because he looked like an unrefined, wild slugger. Now, granted, his style is unconventional, but in many ways that worked well for him, and he was a lot smarter than given credit for in some quarters. His style was what I would call herky-jerky, utilising lots of feints with all parts of his body, and then throwing shots where his opponents least expect. For boxers who liked to counter-punch, like Broner and Mayweather, this takes some getting used to. Mayweather eventually got to grips with Maidana, but Broner didn't, and you could argue that he's never been the same since. For a more in-depth analysis of the finer points of Maidana's style, I suggest you watch the following videos by two of the best technical analysts on the net, Connor Ruebusch and Lee Wylie:Boxing Frame by Frame: Marcos Maidana's Orchestrated ViolenceMayweather-Maidana: Closing the Distance with Marcos Maidana

Why did Ortiz headbutt Mayweather?

I was waiting all fight for Ortiz to catch Mayweather and he did. Everyone was on their feet in the Arena (they always are when Floyd gets into trouble). But I can't pin point why Ortiz threw his head in there. He had him against the ropes and Mayweather had his hands up and stopped throwing back...the only thing I can think of was the whole build up to that moment.

Mayweather was dominating in terms of punches landed, and Ortiz couldn't catch him too well but had moments. But then he caught money and Mayweather kept stepping back and all the crowd started to scream and Ortiz seems to be throwin with major aggression (look at 00:03 of the video link)....Floyd seems to be smirking or laughing and I can only think that really made Ortiz get riled up and blindly throw a headbutt in pure aggression

...Anyone have a guess why he did that? hes never thrown a headbutt in his career before, not in his professional career anyway that I know of. Some say it was all rigged or something which I think is silly...although they have a point. On the HBO face off, Mayweather says 'You will pay for any mistakes you make' and its just ironic how ortiz gets KO'd down to a 'mistake' but I don't think it will be, if it was rigged surely you wouldn't perform a controversial KO right?

Anyway, whats you take?
