Then only can you move to clubs such as chelsea, Barcelona, bayern munich etc. Even if you are the manager of very good team, say Real Madrid, to move to Bayern Munich you would need to keep a amazing record for 4-5 seasons straight, so that the other Clubs might 'think' that you are a good manager.

You can have these players at very low cost , but trust me if you play them properly then they will grow upto their best level in very short time. Let me give you an example, if you buy Balde Keita at the beginning, he will be available at overall of 73 at the age of 18. Then you should keep him as a SQUAD ROTATION PLAYER according to your squad strength and other players. If your choosing a 3 or 3and half stared team you should offer a higher squad role. After that you should give atleast one third matches to him to start. In other matches you can substitute him. He plays in LW position, so if the left winger in your team is really better than him , then you should stick with one third match rule untill his overall is around 79 or 80. As he got his potential to 80 , give him more matches to start ,and offer a higher squad role . If he is the best man you have got in LW position then you can start with him more than half of the total matches. But you have to sure not to get him injured much and should take care of his stamina too. If you do this for 4 or 5 seasons , his overall will be 90+ ......
