How do I reset my wireless router?
I have a Dlink. I set up a password and I get online just fine from my laptop but my husband cant sign on to the internet from his xbox 360. So I just want to go back to not have a password for now anyways. Ive tried pushing the reset button on the back of the dlink router but nothing changes. Ive unplugged it but still nothing. I got on the Dlink website where I started all this password stuff and it says only "admin" can make changes. Im at a lost. Can someone please help me?

The default user name is admin The default password is password And the default WEP or WPA key should be printed somewhere on the router

I have DIR-625 D-Link router. Type in web browser 192.168.0.1 to get into you router settings. User Name : Admin Password blank and click enter Click on Tools Under Tools You will see Administrator password : Create a password for Admin user now I would log back in with Admin as you user name and use what ever password you use and use the wirless wizard to walk you through the rest or if this doent work call d-link and ask the tech support to walk you through also update your firmware Make sure to encrypt your system Hope this helped you.
HELP! My d-link di-784 wireless router won't work?
My uncle gave me the router to use. I set it up by the instruction booklet. All lights were go, but I had no local internet, and the wireless didnt work either. It sends out a perfect signal, but there is no internet. Only when I unplug the ethernet connecting the router to the computer do I get internet on the desktop, but there is still no wireless. I have reset the router. I have windstream broadband and run windows vista. My computer recognizes both the dsl and d-link routers. Im so frustrated! HELP!
