How to make someone fall asleep and stay asleep?
Hmm.. crush and ambien and slip it in a cup of his preffered beverage pour yourself a cup and him a cup, of course no ambien in your cup lol, that if you have acces to ambien other then that im out of answers, EDIT: if your 14 you can not obtain ambien, or chloroform legally, so the only thing i cant come up with is sleepytime tea or go to duane reade or something and look for something called dream water and slip that into his beverage also he might notice the taste a bit though,
Can sleeping pills be put in food/drinks?
Some sleeping pills should not be crushed. Be aware, they generally are very bitter to the taste. Cupcakes? No. Medications lose potency when heated. Medications have a "shelf temperature." If you are trying to drug someone else, be aware that this is illegal.
Will my laxatives work if I'm sleeping?
Yes your laxatives will work while sleeping. The bigger picture though is that constipation is caused by dehydration and a low fiber diet. To cure that you need to switch your caffeinated beverages to decaf and start drinking a minimum 8 glasses of water everyday. Both caffeine and alcohol are severe dehydrators which means that you will lose the entire amount of these beverages plus additional water through urination. Eating a bowl of raisin bran and one cup of beans daily, provides the USDA recommended 25 grams of fiber.

Is giving someone the taste of their own medicine justified?
It's 9pm. As our train rushed through calm forests and chattery hamlets, we approached a bustling railway station. It was pitch dark in our coaches as most of the weary travellers preferred some sweet sleep. The light breeze running around our windows was cold.My eyes silently began slipping into darkness and the brain set to log off for the night, the ears were startled with a loud voice.A woman had entered our sleeper coach and was rudely asking another exhausted passenger to get up so that she could grab and loot on some sleep. Her voice was intensely ringing, noiser than all of those chattery hamlets. To spice up this entire situation, she wore a cloak of rudeness while speaking. Her requests had transformed into a disgusting demand. When others with a view to sort her condition asked for her ticket, she blatantly refused to show. By now we knew she didn't have a ticket. As this entire drama echoed into everyone of us, my eyes fell on an old man maybe in his late 70’s.He had just woken up by all of this and his expressions clearly told that he was fatigued. He stood up on his fragile legs, breathed in some energy and walked down to the woman.Till this moment, she was engrossed in her squabble. As the old man gently called her out, she looked back and this guy roughly gazed into her eyes and says, “ Can you shut up?! Stay silent and move to your alloted place or else we'll have to call the TC and kick you out!”Yes! This was the moment when tranquillity ensued the coach and the old man went back to his place to attain some great sleep. Some lovely doses of her medicine of rudeness took her to the highest levels of shock. Later, she had to sit on a cramped up seat as she didn't carry her ticket.Ps. She escaped the fine amount.Love,Ajinkya.
Does a warm glass of water help you sleep?
I have some sleeping problems and I was just wondering if there's any statistics or medical facts or something that could help me out, without specific medicine. I always keep a glass of water on my bedside table, so I was wondering if it was warm would it make me sleepy?? If there's any other sleeping facts you could mention that would be fantastic! =) thanks a bunch, ~megz~
