Misdiagnosis Of Kidney Failure - Case For Medical Negligence Help

Should I sue for medical misdiagnosis malpractice?

Ok, so... My little two month old had been seeing this pediatrician for 2 months when she started throwing up really bad.. Like, across the room vomiting! Her pediatrician told me to keep feeding her and diagnosed her with acid reflux. For two weeks this continued and my baby lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks because he misdiagnosed her.... We rushed her to the Childrens Hospital in Augusta GA and she was admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit... Where she stayed for three days and was treated for 3 days for Metabolic Alkalinity. Her kidney's were 2% from failing and she almost died, her salts and bi-carbs were so low that if they were to put her under for the operation she needed she wouldn't have woken up. He didn't run any tests, just went by what he thought.. and the surgeons got her right up to the ultrasound room and diagnosed her with Pyloris Stenosis. There was a muscle blockage 2in wide and at least 3in long, blocking any and all food from entering her stomach. She went through 3 weeks of this and 2 weeks recovery... Misdiagnosis is what caused this... Should I Sue?

Can I sue a hospital for A misdiagnose that killed my grandfather.?

They told me and my family he had an infection in his kidney that could be treated with pills. But they later found out that he had cancer and by then he could do nothing about it. He latter died and my grandmother was to sad at the time to sue them. But I am different then her and angry about it. The same Docters office gave my father a lot of medicine that killed his liver and they never tested him for liver poisoning. He died the day before my birthday. while i was having my party.

What are my rights if i am misdiagnosed twice by the same doctor?

Hi,
I have been having kidney pain for a while so i went to a clinic to get it checked out.
First they said, i have a kidney infection (based on the urine test they did) and gave me 10 day antibiotics which is only supposed to be used when necessary. Antibiotics are know to harm human body. After the treatment, they said that the detailed result for urine test came in and showed no infection, meaning that the whole diagnose was incorrect.
Secondly, the doctor said i have a STD and when i told him that it is very unlikely cos i have been with the same person for 5 years and we always use protection. he kept saying no it should be STD and kept saying YOUNG GUY, STD - YOUNG GUY - STD. And they gave me shot which did not do any good either.
After all that, i went to another clinic and got CT scan on my abdominal and kidney are and it turned out that i have 3 kidney stones which is causing all my symptoms.
To sum up, first doctor gave mw wrong medicine, wrong shot and they charged around $300 for nothing (my insurance is not active yet so i paid cash). It is not the money that i want to get back, just can not tolerate those unprofessional behaviors considering they are in health industry and it is nothing to mess with. Does anyone have an idea what to do against those people? thanks everyone
