Pokemon black 2 move tutor problem?
hey guys i encounter a problem with the move tutor here :/ well every time i want to teach fire punch to emboar from the move tutor in driftveil city, the move tutor said "this pokemon already knows that move", but my emboar didn't have it in its moveset. It happens to the other move tutor in PWT as well. and it's only happening to emboar but to all of my pokemon :/

i know that usually it learns those moves from the move tutor in Pastoria City in Pokemon Pearl, Diamond, or Platinum the thing is that i transfered my Togetic (haven't evolved it Togekiss yet) to Pokemon Black and its impossible to transfer it back to my Pokemon Platinum. i guess i wasn't thinking fully when i transferred it because i thought it would learn those moves by leveling up rather than move tutor. if i had learned of this earlier, i would have kept it in Platinum before transferring it. is there a way for my Togekiss to learn these moves without cheats or hacking? or is there a move tutor in pokemon black? (where is it)
